Excellent location, place is small but it’s all you need since you’ll spend all your time out on the beach. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is nice, clean, and so close to the ocean. We needed an extra blanket and we were accommodated so quickly and easily. The owner communicates well and is so friendly.

Our stay at the Couple's Escapade was wonderful! We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was TOP-NOTCH! Beach access was right across the street and it was just what we were looking for. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket for extra comfort. Thank you! :)

Absolutely loved my experience here!!! From the amazing host who’s great with with communication & cared that I had a great experience, to it being pet friendly, to the prime location, and so on, I hope to be back soon! Such a cute place & had all the essentials. Only thing I was wishing I had was a hose to the outside water but not a biggie :)

This was a Moms only trip, with 3 of us on a quick weekend getaway. Great location, clean & super cute! I would’ve given 5 stars but the pull out couch didn’t pull out, as it was stuck and extra blankets for the couch were not provided. Other than the property not really accommodating 3 quests comfortably, it was great!

Great location of course. Bathroom was nice. Lil kitchen worked well and was stocked. To improve it, id suggest a fan in front room to help circulate air or at least make it possible to open the front window. The couch in the front room is well used. Owners are great at communicating. Provided a pack n play for us and check in was easy as well as check out. Great place to rest after the beach

Everything was great, the place was clean, close to the beach, easy to get to. We loved it. There would only be 2 things I would suggest: provide beach chairs - they had camping chairs for use, but those weren’t awesome to take on the beach. And have a few throw blankets in the house to use. Those things didn’t bother us, but figured we would mention it as it would have added just a little extra.

Small Apartment Newport Beach 10th street Peninsula

This property is sooo small and only appropriate for one adult. Again, the wicker chairs broken and as guests we were not able to sit outside. Dangerous and really is it too much to ask for beach chairs to work and be updated! We communicated with the manager regarding the precarious nature of the chairs and nothing done. Plus not fun sitting in chairs chained to a post. Nothing great about this apartment.

Great location

Very clean and the owners are very friendly. The place is a tad smaller than what the pictures imply but we spent most of our time outdoors. Would stay again!

A very small unit needing some love

Good location but too small for us to return. The toilet seat going up and down every time we entered bathroom or turned around in the small area or entered shower could drive you crazy!

Overall good value and great location

Positives: Great location! No hassle check in/check out. Modern appliances/fixtures. Good A/C. Good value. Appreciate that dogs are allowed! Possible improvements: Shower floor had crack which is likely source of some leaking onto bathroom floor. Limited kitchen utensils for cooking. No dustpan for sweeping floor. Other comments: As noted in other reviews, space is tight, but it’s adequate for two people. Parking is usually not an issue, but weekends can be tough, particularly if you’re unloading/loading on those days. Recommend weekday arrival/departure if possible. Overall good experience and we’d be comfortable staying here again.

Awesome - Great Location for Everything "Beach"!

A clean property with all the amenities needed (including bidet & washer/dryer access), 1 minute to either oceanside or the bay, access to boardwalk (skate or cycle), surf/boogie board/fish, AND watch the sunset! Awesome place, great people, wonderful vacation!

Excellent place

I’m rating a 3 even though everything was good because according to my rental agreement check-in was 3 and check out was 11 but since they changed their hours after I paid for the rental they should’ve kept to the hours on the contract. I realize it’s just 1 hour on the front and 1 on the back end but it’s still my time.
