Este es un sótano limpio y acogedor recientemente renovado, tiene entrada independiente y tiene dos dormitorios, cocina nueva, vecindario muy seguro, lavadora y secadora, los clientes pueden controlar el brezo y el aire acondicionado y todos los elementos esenciales de la cocina.
La ubicación está a diez minutos del aeropuerto, fácil acceso a la autopista, a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad y a dos millas de distancia de restaurantes, bares, supermercados, estaciones de autobuses y a tres millas del nuevo hotel y resort Gaylord.

Would probably stay here again.

Location was not great for us, but if you are needing to be near the airport this would be great. Needs a deep cleaning. The carpet in the bedrooms is stained and warn. Wish they had put the new floor they had everywhere else in there too. Nice people.

First time

My friends and my first time in Colorado, we loved our trip and our stay! The apartment was beautiful and spacious and clean. The area was great, a bit of a drive into the city but totally worth it.

The location was amazing and the service to check in was easy and nice. The only things I wish I would’ve noticed was that there is no TVs in either bedroom just the main room. The cutlery was dirty upon arrival so we had to wash the dishes before use. The basement suite was really nice and was easy to find. If you do stay here just keep in mind that there is a family upstairs and they were loud keeping us from falling asleep and waking us up early. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend it :)

Great Stay

Overall a wonderful place to stay, convenient to all locations we visited and located in a nice neighborhood. The pictures do not do it justice, it is much larger than it appears. Thanks to Treme for providing a super place to stay. would certainly book again.

Home Sweet Away From Home

We are so happy we found this gem of a property. It is very spacious and exactly what we needed. Owners were very sweet and gave us plenty of privacy. The rooms were very large with full closets. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Very private and neighborhood was very friendly. Only 5-10 minutes away from shopping and take out. There is 2 flights of steps that lead down to the patio and entrance to home so not handicap accessible but we made it work for my son. We highly recommend this property and will definitely will stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this home!

Great! The owners are very easy to work with, they get back to you quickly with any questions you may have! The rental is in the lower level of the home. Has it's own entry, very private! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to make a meal! I would stay here again!

Perfect for us!

This location worked out great for us. We drove over from the western slope to meet up with family that flew in to go with us to the Broncos game. It was nice and roomy, we had everything we needed and plan to stay there again next year if its available. Bobbi

Everything was very clean. The bed very comfortable! Had coffe maker, toaster. Dishes, pans, everything you need to feel you're at home. Our stay was wonderful! The owners very nice. Our family's car broke down when we were about to go, and owner went above and behond to assist in our moment of crisis. I recommend this rental 100%

Great location and comfy unit

This rental worked out great for us! It was near the airport and the route from the north avoided a lot of traffic. We appreciated being able to visit with our friend in the living room as opposed to our party having separate hotel rooms. We loved the cool, modern design downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the linens cozy. A king sized bed in one of the rooms would be nice - there seems to be plenty of room. I would rent here again and have told others about this rental. Thanks!

More than we expected

This place looked beautiful in the pictures and was even better when we arrived. Much larger than 2 people could ever need. We were pretty much on there to get ready and sleep, and the bed was super comfortable. You can hear them moving around upstairs, but that was to be expected when you're in the basement conversion. The location was close to family so we didn't have to worry about a long drive if we were up late. The owner came outside when we arrived and went out of his way to show us access to the door, very friendly!

We had a great time visiting Denver. We Ubered everywhere from the house- it was perfect. Very clean and siper cute decorations. We flew in late and left super early, it was very convenient being so close to the airport.

Comfortable, clean and quiet!

We enjoyed a two night stay in this comfortable, clean, quiet apartment near the Denver airport. The apartment has everything we needed, comfortable beds, kitchen supplies for our short stay. Also enjoyed the large screen TV.
