The Space:

Set on 14 acres of tranquil countryside, Blue Wren is designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertaining. The ultra-spacious, open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, thanks to expansive windows that frame stunning rural views. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind with a large-screen TV, or escape to the separate theatre room for a cosy movie night. Need a little friendly competition? Head to the garage for a round of table tennis or darts.



The kitchen is well-equipped, where you’ll find a gas cooktop, electric oven, and plenty of counter space even with multiple chefs. The spacious dining area seats ten, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and lively conversations. Step through the sliding doors and discover the decked alfresco area, complete with a BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, and outdoor dining table. Whether you're cooking up a feast or simply soaking in the fresh air, this space is made for memorable moments. Beyond the deck, the fully fenced below-ground pool invites you to cool off on warm afternoons. Sun lounges line the poolside, offering a peaceful spot to relax with a book or a drink in hand.



The home offers four spacious bedrooms, each designed for a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite is a retreat of its own, boasting a king-size bed, en-suite, and large picture windows with serene views. Another king bedroom with an en-suite provides extra privacy, while the remaining two bedrooms feature two single beds and a trundle each, ideal for kids or extra guests. They share a main bathroom with a deep bath for a relaxing soak.

Guest Access:

Blue Wren is ideally located to explore the best of the Margaret River region. The Cape to Cape Track, one of the area’s most scenic coastal walks, is just metres away. Renowned wineries such as Leeuwin Estate, Voyager Estate, and Cape Mentelle are just a short drive, perfect for wine tastings and long lunches.



For outdoor enthusiasts, the stunning Redgate Beach and Surfers Point offer incredible surf and sunset views. Explore nearby caves, including Lake Cave and Mammoth Cave, or take a day trip to the charming Margaret River town centre, filled with boutique shops, cafes, and gourmet food experiences.
