Beautiful property, well appointed and clear instructions. We stayed here with four teenagers and it was perfect. Loved the harbor view and how walkable it was to town. Would definitely stay again!

We had a comfortable and easy stay at Breakwater! Lovely partial view of the harbor, great location and clean! Close to stores and restaurants. Host was fantastic communicator. Recommend!

We really enjoyed sitting by the fire table on the large deck, with a glass of wine in the evening…and also enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean! The unit is very spacious and clean, which worked perfect for our group. Proximity to the shops and restaurants downtown Southwest Harbour made for a nice stroll for dinner and shopping. A great place to relax and unwind after hiking the trails in Acadia. Our host, Luke, was excellent and responded very quickly to any of our questions.

We absolutely loved our visit to the Bar Harbor area and our stay here was amazing. It was very close to many things in the area and especially to get to Acadia national park. We loved having the room to spread out and really enjoy the view. Loved and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. It had lots of room, was clean, and had a view of the harbor. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. We had a few questions for the owner, and he was very personable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of 7! It is tucked away in the quaint town of Southwest Harbor, which is a nice spot to explore Acadia and be away from the busy town of Bar Harbor. Luke and Jackie are right next door and were the perfect hosts. They were helpful with tips of where to go and anything we needed they provided. We especially loved our visits from Lucy - their friendly black lab!

It was all it promised. We slept 9 people comfortably and was close to all we wanted to do. Our host, Luke was quick to respond and get us extra towels and sheets. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved the little town and the area we were in. Thanks so much for the stay and the memories.

We had a great time at this property! We loved the SW Harbor location and proximity to restaurants. The drive to Acadia was 25 minutes or so, and there are some nice trails closer to SW Harbor too. The kitchen was well stocked and the room setup was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for family vacation. Close enough to all attractions yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Great views, super clean.

Great location

Great location in Southwest Harbor. Not nearly as crowded as Bar Harbor, which is exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops in town. Easy ride to nearby Acadia hiking, beaches, etc. Host (Luke) made check in process easy, would definitely book a return trip!

Wow! What an amazing stay! The pictures truly don't do this place justice. The views are absolutely stunning, and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are incredibly spacious.The house had everything we needed—from games and Netflix to a huge kitchen with a large dining table that was perfect for my family to sit together. There were plenty of comfortable beds, and it was the exact fit for our group of four adults and one kid.Luke is, without a doubt, one of the best hosts I've ever had. He was quick to communicate, provided all the information we needed, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. He genuinely went above and beyond, and his kindness made our experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Southwest Harbor time

The property was outstanding. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. The location was very nice; close to everything, but not congested. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Accommodations were great

The place was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location right in Southwest Harbor gave us a great view of the harbor and in close proximity to restaurants and the town. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are in close proximity where we spent several days. The owners were very responsive to our needs.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and daughter stayed three nights and it was perfect for them. Luke and Jackie were very friendly and responsive, the condo was clean, cozy and comfortable, and the location was close to hiking, kayaking, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!
