Built in 1888, the beautiful Historic Victorian Inn is on the National Historic Registry and officially older than the state of South Dakota. Built next door to the home of South Dakota's first Senator Richard Pettigrew. This neighborhood housed the Who's Who of the founders of the City of Sioux Falls and the State of South Dakota. Walking distance from Downtown Sioux Falls and several churches this is the ideal location for weddings, dinners, receptions, family gatherings, & girls weekends.

You can rent the whole house, a floor, or just one room. Inquire with the owner for more details.

You will have access to the Suites, Rooms, or Lofts that you pay for plus the common areas which include wrap around porch, patio, parlor, dining room, and kitchen.

Owner will be available via messaging and phone. Property managers are available if there is any onsite issues.

Neighborhood is on the National Historic Registry and filled with several large beautiful homes. Walking distance to Downtown Sioux Falls and the beautiful St Josephs Cathedral.
