Great for big family holidays.

Very large property, well air conditioned. Lots of spaces to hang out, balcony, pool table, swimming pool, bbq area. Huge fridge, good big oven. Place was a bit tired, and showing its age in places and kitchen needed a few basics but fully functional to feed 16 odd.

Was a super spacious house with everything we needed for 2 families. Seems pricey on the listing, but given the space and number of people accommodated, it was good value for money. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the property to large goups, or two or three families.

17 Pearl Key House was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and had all the comforts of home. The decor was charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with cozy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploringThe location was ideal – close to beach, shops, restaurants etc., yet private enough for a quiet retreat. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I hope to return again soon!

Great layout for a large group

Beds, furniture very comfortable. Kitchen stocked well with equipment & some food. Lots of extras in cupboards ie toys fishing line, strollers, pool assesories. Thank you, the house is an older model, but it was presented and decorated perfectly for us . 9 adults and 2 children with visitors calling in. Well done Team

Room for everyone

Fantastic house for a large family or even two families. Loved it. We'll be back. Master bedroom with ensuite downstairs was perfect for my Mum who struggles with stairs. Another master bedroom with ensuite upstairs with an EPIC shower. There is enough room to all gather together, or separate and not be in each others way too. Highly recommend

Very all property for 5 adults & 5 children. The pool table &swimming pool were well used and enjoyed. Beautiful area and enjoyed by all. I do have one comment. We locked the keys in the house one day and I contacted the appropriate people but there was no second key available. I suggest if possible there could by a second key. Kind regards Teresa Hall

Really enjoyed my stay. Aircon in master bedroom was unfortunately not working and portable cot was broken but they were quick to replace the portable cot and brought over a fan to help cool down the room. Communication was excellent and would recommend for anyone who is travelling with a large group

Great Location and Layout, Property needs some love

We chose this property for its size and proximity to the beach and all the Gold Coast has to offer. The layout was wonderful and the location was great. We were disappointed to find the outside untidy (hadn't been swept or pool cleared of leaves) and the inside was quite tired. Main lounge was broken/very low so difficult to get out of. The fridge looked very tired (but worked fine); There were half painted doors (maybe mid-maintenance?) and also there was soap scum on shower screens, window sills not dusted and soap wrappings left on vanities all of which were a bit disappointing. The oven did not work, and the range hood (which we had not touched) spontaneously fell off the wall on our 3rd day there. The maintenance people came promptly and were very nice, however they were unable to fix the range hood during our stay. But the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool table and the chance for everyone to be together.

How disappointing that you would leave us a 3 star review because you were "disappointed" with the oven....when the minute you advised us the oven didn't seem to be heating well...we had an oven technician there within hours, who fixed the issue! You had a working oven for the entire stay except for those few hours in the morning between alerting us and the oven man fixing. As I explained to you at the time...we had no idea the oven was not working well as the guests who had just left used the oven to bake their entire stay...in fact sent us photos of their family enjoying their family get together, eating the feast they had cooked. Thus this was an issue that unfortunately just happened while you were there...but we fixed it! What more can we do? I would understand your "disappointment" if we just ignored you and did nothing to address the oven....but we didn't! So unfair. Thankfully the 3 lots of guests who've now stayed since you left, have thoroughly enjoyed their stay in this spacious, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, waterfront home with pool, pool table, WeberQ BBQ and off street parking.
