Imagínese sentado escuchando las olas y disfrutando de las vistas al océano de 180 grados. A solo 2 horas de Sídney y a 1 hora de Newcastle, esta fantástica casa está justo en el borde de las aguas rocosas en la tranquila ciudad costera de Fishermans Bay, a solo minutos de Anna Bay con las mejores playas de surf que Port Stephens tiene para ofrecer. Observe ballenas y delfines desde la terraza y disfrute de magníficas puestas de sol. Hay mucho que hacer: caminar por el Parque Nacional hasta playas solitarias, pescar con lanza y hacer snorkel en las rocas frente a la casa, surfear en la playa cercana de Birubi, nadar con los niños en la playa local (5 minutos a pie), o lanza tu bote desde la rampa de botes pequeños en la playa cercana (200 metros). Cómodamente durmiendo 8, la casa cuenta con aire acondicionado por conductos en el piso de arriba donde se encuentran las tres habitaciones (la principal tiene vista al mar y baño privado), 2 salas de estar con aire acondicionado de sistema dividido, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y horno, cafetera Nespresso, lavandería con lavadora y secadora, patio (no cercado), bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal, barbacoa de gas y un garaje doble con control remoto.

Stunning home overlooking the ocean. Very well equipped with cooking utensils and basic pantry. Perfect for 2 families of 4 adults and 3 tweens. The 2 lounge rooms and layout of the property in general were perfect to suit all the guests. I recommend the linen hire as it made it easier to pack for our trip. But bring extras!

Stunning Location

Simply stunning location and a beautiful view - just loved sitting outside and watching the waves roll in. Great for families with kids in primary school and beyond. Had a few issues with the cleanliness of the place to begin with, but the agent was helpful and I acknowledge this was the cleaners responsibility and not the owners/ agents fault. They had not know about the repairs that needed fixing, but took on my feedback and were very helpful. Would I book again - yes, a very relaxing holiday and a super place to have a holiday.

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the house, it's a great place to relax. They layout made it easy to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped. The only improvement would be if there was a speaker or stereo to connect to and WIFI.

Refreshing getaway

My family and I had a lovely ocean stay in July. It was great to escape the cold temperatures where we live and enjoy sunshine, bike rides, sunsets and sand dunes! The location is perfect and we walked down to the rocks everyday, went for bike rides from the property and it's a short drive to places to kayak. The property was cleaned well, air con was nice in evenings and kitchen very well equipped including Nespresso machine.

perfect getaway

Lovely home, exquisitely decorated, well equipped and plenty of space to spread around. Fantastic ocean views, we say plenty of whales pass by during the day and spent our night stargazing from the main bedroom! Location is perfect to get away from the crowds while still close to the beach and town. You do need to drive to get anywhere beyond the local park though! Would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

AMAZING VIEWS!

This is a beautiful property. The views are absolutely stunning. We loved sitting out the back listening to the ocean and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a Delonghi coffee machine, so take pods to fit. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was great for the upstairs area. One Mile beach is great for swimming as it’s patrolled and it’s definently worth taking a 4wd sand dune tour, it was fantastic. Great spot for a family holiday where you can truly unplug from city life.

Top holiday house

A charming, tastefully decorated, well-equipped holiday house with stunning vistas. (We thought it actually looked better than in the photos!) It's located in a quiet area with some lovely walking tracks, including one to stunning Birubi Beach. We're definitely coming back!

Holiday stay

We love coming here for summer holidays. The house is lovely, comfortable and air conditioned. The views are fabulous and the beaches are so close for swimming, walking or 4 wheel driving. Overall, very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Incredible View

Wow, the views are stunning. This is our 3rd stay and as usual has been an incredible experience whale watching. We stayed 9 days and saw hundreds of whales, dolphins and penguins too. Very clean and functional. You do however, need to clean the windows every few days to keep a pristine view. This is a very small price to pay for the benefit though. The salt spray is unavoidable as the property is waterfront... Can't wait till next year.

Perfect for winter get-a-way

Perfect house for a perfect relaxing winter get-a-way. We watched the majestic humpback whales migrate up the coast from our lounge room . We literally saw over a 100 whales in our week at this beautiful home in this beautiful part of the world. We will return ASAP

This Place has everything!

Amazing Duplex, views & ambiance. The kitchen and dinning room floor were very dirty, had to clean the windows to see the view. However everything else was very clean, beds very comfortable. This place has everything you need, including the most gorgeous beach just 1 minute walk away. The price is absolutely value for money, however the scheduled power outage on one of the days for 6.5 hours did sour the stay. If possible would love to come back.

Thanks Terri for your review and comments. We've passed on the feedback to the cleaners as they are usually very meticulous. Regarding the windows please understand it's very difficult to keep them clear due to the salt spray from the ocean - we were up there just before you and had cleaned all outside windows. Also very sorry to hear the power outage inconvenienced you - it was outside of our control and because we were staying the week before we did collect the AusGrid note from the letterbox and place on the fridge. We do hope you will come back and enjoy this lovely place! -The Owners
