With direct access to Four Mile Beach, a large swimming pool in the complex and a children’s playground in the surrounding parklands, Villa Del Mar is a fantastic “Villa by the Sea”

The Space:
This wonderful villa offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is split over two levels, making it ideal for families or groups of friends alike. The spacious Master retreat upstairs offers glimpses of the ocean and views over the surrounding parklands giving you a relaxing beachfront holiday vibe. Upstairs you will also find a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and a generous bathroom with both shower and spa.

Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, 1 x Queen room and a 2nd room with 2 x singles, sharing a bathroom between them both. The open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen are also on the lower level and create a causal flow on to the outdoor private patio and dining area with BBQ, making it a perfect place to unwind in the eveningsVilla Del Mar is the place to be for your next Tropical holiday in paradise!

Great location, plenty of room for two families. So close to the beach.

Family Holiday

Was a lovely place to base ourselves to explore the Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef. We prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle with space for teenagers; so it was perfect to have private parking, lots of bedrooms, access directly to the beach and a pool we had to ourselves the whole week.

A beautiful house , with plenty of room for all guests. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen an bbq area , pool was awesome an only a minutes walk to the beach , where we were able to get married. Would definitely recommend!

Parents first trip to tropical north

Great stay we have stayed in same complex before although much prefer this particular property backing on to the park/beach beautifully clean easy to use practical so close to beach, everyone enjoyed it so much we are really pleased with the whole experience and cannot wait to plan a return trip

We stayed in one of the villas. And it was perfect, had everything you needed and more! From cooking in at nights, and through the day, comfy beds, bbq- metres from the beach, in the middle of wherever you needed to go, the view of the water, the pool. The places was always clean, we could do our washing. 100% recommendation- and 100% would stay again!

The property was amazing. Super clean and the location was perfect. Right beside a park for the kids and the beach another 20 metres away. A big pool in the complex It was a great property for our family holiday. I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms up and down stairs made it very convenient for everyone.

The villa was everything we expected (from the previous reviews) & more. It was well presented, spacious & magnificently positioned adjacent to Four Mile Beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with some of the cooking basics provided. Our family of six would gladly stay here again!

Perfect family apartment

The apartment is a great size for two families (total of 4 adults and 4 kids). Excellent facilities and plenty of room. The master bedroom is lovely, with a large ensuite and a private balcony. The pool was well utilised by the kids. Very safe complex, backing onto a park which gave the kids choice. The real benefit was that it literally backs onto 4 mile beach. We hired bicycles for the week so went up and back to town along the beach. Claire and Johnny are great hosts, very accomodating and responsive. We loved it so much we have booked to come again next year!

Villa del mar- Paradise by the beach.

Spotlessly clean, perfectly located by the beach, the villa suited our group for our short stay in Port Douglas. Appreciated the little extras, beach towels and chairs for example. It was enjoyable sitting on the verandah enjoying the balmy nights. We would definitely love to return. Thanks to Johnny and the team at Ulysses for their help in ensuring our holiday was hassle free. (and looking after our wine!!) Tracey
