Kaiken ikäiset ja kyvyt nauttivat tästä modernista, kätevästä, viihtyisästä kodista, täysin omalla taka patiolla. Avoin pohjaratkaisu ja ensimmäisen kerroksen master-sviitti. Helppokäyttöisessä uudessa keittiössä on päivitetyt laitteet, ruokakomerokaapit, graniittisaari, varastot, hävittäminen ja tehokas kaappijärjestely. Yksityinen kaakeloitu patio ja puutarhavuoteet ruokasalin ulkopuolella .Uusi pesula, sängyt, huonekalut, ilmastointi, ikkunat, ovet, komerot jne. Neljä makuuhuonetta queen beds. Vain 300 jalkaa parhaaseen uimarantaan ja 5 min. kävellä ostosmahdollisuuksiin, ravintoloihin ja keskustaan. Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti rauhallisella, kauniilla alueella.

Rincón PR getaway!

Wonderful location to see and enjoy all the beaches. Walking distance to downtown and beach. Drivable to all the local beaches, lighthouse, surf spots. Owners were very helpful and provided towels & beach chairs Great stay!

Family vacation

Wonderful place and neighborhood so close to the beach you can walk. House is furnished with everything you need, you don’t need to bring anything except your self. Brian owner is always in contact helping with anything needed we were 8 three kids 5 adults and we had a wonderful time. A place with beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a vacation.

Amazing home.

The home owner was extremely helpful throughout the week and told us about a few places to dine near by. The property has everything you need and was clean and organized. The homeowner let us know where everything was prior to our arrival.

Perfect!

Brian is very detailed and will provide everything you need, just ask! The place was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth. The house is perfectly located to everything you would need/want while on vacation. We were in walking distance to the beach, downtown, bakery, convenient store and ice cream shop. The place is clean and has all you need. It was peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest!

A wonderful winter!

Everything about the property was as described and more. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. The backyard was lovely and well kept and the gardens were full of flowers. The location is terrific—a five minute walk to the beach, and an easy walk to town, shopping, and restaurants. Brian was terrific—always available to answer questions and often working on the property to make it even nicer. He planted passion fruit vines, a pomegranate tree, strawberries, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house and Rincón. We will be back!

Beautiful! Great location!

We just had the best stay in Rincón! Brian is the host with the most! He was super nice and went above and beyond for us. He was always available to answer any questions we had! The location is perfect! It was in walking distance of everything! You don’t even need a rental car! We had a group of 7 friends and we fit comfortably in the house! There is a beautiful back porch perfect for grilling and drinking beer! Brian even had fresh tomatoes and basil growing around the house that he let us pick! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Rincón! The people on the island are so friendly and have been so resilient after hurricane Maria. There is running water and electricity! We didn’t have any problems anywhere on the island. Everyone welcomed us with open arms!

Perfect house for a family!

This location was exactly what we needed for a 21st birthday surprise celebration. Great family friendly location for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The home was the perfect setup for our group. It as close to the town and in walking distance to restaurants and beach. Brian was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome trip!

Brian Kennedy was so amazing! He lives right near the rental house and was constantly available to help with all that we needed. At the end of the trip, he checked our house and then gave us our security deposit before we left for the airport which was so convenient. Rincon is a great area and I highly recommend a trip here!

Fabulous home away from home

This is a great home that offers the beach just a short walk away as well as the convenience to the downtown area of Rincon. The owner gave great directions and met us at the home as soon as we arrived. He showed us around the house, making sure we had no questions on how everything worked. The house itself was better than we expected and accommodated us all very comfortably. We cannot wait to return. I have stayed at several establishments in Rincon but this was, by far, the best!

Beautiful Townhouse

Our townhouse experience in March was truly amazing. I had traveled to Rincon previous and stayed at other rentals but most pleased with this townhouse overall. The unit is very spacious with enough room for everyone with 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. The condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked all the appliances new and a even a dishwasher!! The furniture is very nice, and the beds were super comfortable. We were provided clean linens, and use of the washer and dryer. The patio was very roomy with a large table with eight chairs and outdoor shower and gas grill. Our walk time to the beach was less than 4 minutes. We met a lot of the neighbors and everyone was very kind and talked of how much they loved the neighborhood. I look forward to returning! Stayed with my friends , convenient location to restaurants and beaches. Rooms are comfortable and the A/C was great, washer and dryer as well. Would recommend to anyone.

I summer at Merrymeeting Lake ,New Durham,NH.and winter down the street in Rincon .I am one of 12 children born to Charles and Mary Kennedy who gave me the world when they taught me that you can have anything if you work for it.

A lifetime of building and remodeling has trained me to look at location first as it is something I can't change. Three years of winter stays in Vieques, Culebra ,and San Juan led me to Rincon. The beauty, the relaxed pace of life, and above all the friendly people and walk friendly area kept me coming two years as a renter. Feeling at home, I knew I should buy a home and this neighborhood is my favorite in Rincon for family and guests. I swim at 6AM to start every day right. Try it!

A great home design, well executed and easy to use! When I fell off a roof in 1990 ,I learned first hand the value of a first floor master suite, open floor plans, and simple ramps instead of stairs.When possible I incorporate all three features into any home build or remodel .I fell in love with my home and the Vista Azul neighborhood when I saw that most people on the street walk around and talk to each other everyday and that my house would suit me even if I got too old to drive a car or had ambulatory problems late in life.
