This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Townhouse with loft is located at the top of Windham Mt Village a very short easy walking distance from the Windham ski lodge and beginner lifts. The unit sleeps 8 people (max 6 adults + 2 children) total with a master bedroom with Queen Duxiana bed on main floor and 2nd bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a loft with 2 Duxiana twin beds on the upper level. 2 newly rebuilt full baths with showers, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with wood burning fireplace. Firewood is included. Smart TV with cable and wireless internet included. An outdoor deck has a gas grill. Washer and Dryer. Newly installed central wall air conditioning and heating with remote controls. Access to indoor community pool, hot tub and tennis courts when open.

The host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions that allowed us to easily check in and use all the amenities. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. We loved having the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the tennis courts. Beautiful mountain views from the living room and kitchen/dining area. If you ski, you can't get much closer to the lifts. The location was fabulous with easy access to the town, area hikes and ski area. We enjoyed our long weekend here this summer.

Cozy Windham Townhouse

This property is cozy and clean, with very nice updated bathrooms as well. One master bedroom with lots of space for multiple kids to sleep was perfect for us. The location is pretty and quiet. We were very pleased.

Location location location

The location of the property Was the best part for our family. We were easily able to walk to and from the base lodge with our three kids. The size of the condo was great as well and could comfortably accommodate 8 people. John the property manager was very easy to access with any questions that we had. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice and home-like

The house was in good shape and roomy enough for us 6 adults. Two well-equipped and modern bathrooms, kitchen with modern fixtures and a cozy living room was a nice place to hang out for the weekend. We grilled on the deck, swam in the pool, sat by the pond, shared simple meals and had a great time with our friends and family.

February stay

My family stayed in John's property during February break. John was quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. You can't beat the location...just a few steps to the bottom of the mountain. The property was perfect for our family of four, but there was enough room to fit at least 2-4 more if needed. We didnt use anything in the kitchen but it appeared to be stocked with whatever is needed if you wish to cook there. Overall, it was a great stay for the 2 nights we were there.

Great stay

I came to the Townhouse for fall foliage. It was just as advertised and had all house items and appliances I needed. It was close to everything and very conveniently located. Only issue I had was with the dumpster, either i was at the wrong item or it was locked. I was leaving in a hurry and did not have a chance to double check with John, i am sure he would have clarified where i was supposed to leave it had i contacted him. Thanks for everything John, would definitely stay again if I needed a place in the area.

Condo at Windham

I had only one complaint about the condo - it has a musty smell. I realize that the condo is older and probably has not been used over the summer. I brought a scented candle with me and that helped a little. Bathrooms were updated and beautiful. Kitchen was very handy for what we needed and well supplied if we were to do more cooking.Bed was very comfortable and bed linens were excellent.

We live in New Jersey and have used the house for skiing in winter and in the summer to hike and play golf.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property to teach our family to ski. Now that our kids are older we do not use it as much ourselves so rent it out for short stays. This property is clean and well kept and is the perfect escape for skiing and snowboarding but also access to the indoor pool and hot tub close by in the community. The Windham area also offers several golf courses and outstanding hiking in the nearby mountains and Catskill Park.

What makes this property unique

The location of this townhouse is ideal for its proximity to Windham Mountain Resort. Just a short walk to cross the road in front of the unit and you will be on the beginner slope at the ski resort. Not quite ski in/out but pretty close! It has everything you need for a stay in the mountains including wood burning fireplace with wood included.
