オビオビ川のほとりからマレニーに移住した1920年代の素敵なクイーンランダーで、ザ・レジデンスのザ・ゲストハウスに滞在して「種類ない体験」をしてください。

当レジデンスは、もともと1920年代に建てられた魅力的な3ベッドルーム225㎡の家で、最近細心の注意を払って修復され、細かい期間の洗練が施されています。ラウンジには2つの着席スペースがあり、快適に8〜10人が着席でき、年代物のシャンデリアと照明器具が備わっています。薪の暖炉は冬の間あなたの使用のために備蓄されます、そしてACは一年中利用可能です。キッチンには二重壁掛け式オーブン、5バーナーの電磁調理台、二重食器棚、御影石のベンチトップ、そして竹の床があります。キッチンの外にある独立したダイニングルームには、6人から8人が座り、広い北向きのバルコニーに面しています。

2つのベッドルームにはクイーンベッドがあり、1つのベッドルームにはダブルベッドがあり、4つ目の部屋にはキングのシングルベッドがあります。この部屋は廊下に通じる窓付きの室内です。

ゲストハウスの下の階には、4つのアパートメントとスタジオ（8つの寝室）があり、内部の階段でアクセスできます。大人数のグループでは、The ResidenceとThe Guesthouseのアパートメントを1回の予約で組み合わせることで、最大15名まで宿泊できます。

Well presented property.

What a wonderful property!! It was everything it said it was. The property manager was very welcoming and showed us through. The log fire was so cozy and warm, it heated the whole property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be back. Thanks for paying attention to detail and presenting a clean and well maintained property. Quite rare nowadays.

Cooking on Witta lessons

Arriving at the property was a little confusing but after calling owner was all sorry quickly. Unfortunately I had not received email on . where to collect key because I was driving. Regardless of this slight hiccup, walking into the property was delightful & welcoming. The best part was meeting with my bestie & her daughter to have a weekend away & the property allowed us to prepare a meal & chill at the end of the day . Location to the business centre was all in walking distance which was terrific. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Homely, clean and great location

We hired out the top floor of the cottage which is all nicely renovated yet still has a cosy and homely vibe to it. The kitchen is well prepped with everything needed a couple days. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The property manager, Kyla, is such a sweet soul and makes your check in process easy and stress free. She’s always on hand to contact if you need anything. Location is great, walking distance to the main strip of Maleny. Would recommend staying here!

Amazing Easter Weekend

Property was exactly as described. We had such an amazing time. The house is beautifully restored and furnished. I would definitely recommend. It is within walking distance from the Woolworths and IGA. Being close to the main road, it can become noisy from the traffic. This does however not detract from the property's charm.

An exceptional property, stylish, pristine, and convenient

Our expectations were exceeded as this property is spacious and pristine. Each bedroom is just beautiful with high quality linen and facilities. The kitchen is outstanding and even has high quality silverware. The welcome, care and attention paid to guests by Peter was discrete and considerate. Facilities were super clean with great attention paid to minimizing covid spread. Car parking was easy and there are two spaces for the guest house. Proximity to the shops is a dream. The walk is really pleasant and was easily negotiated by elderly family members. There are rooms under the guest house that are also used for guests. However, there is excellent sound proofing and there was no uninvited noise and privacy issues never emerged. The internet speed onsite is fast! We needed this to do our work. There is the most cute and delightful office space to work from in the same room as the single bed. It was perfect. We recommend the Maleny bakery for exceptional and award winning pies, rice paper rolls, banh mi rolls, and cream buns. Maleny is a stunning base from which to explore surrounds. Everything in this house just worked. Will be back. Thank you very much.

We loved our stay (wish it was longer) - great location, amazing host, superb guest house (better than the pics) and already planning to return. If you are planning to book - do it, you will not be disappointed. Loved it!

Great accommodation with plenty of character and charm

Great location with proximity to town centre. The only issue is traffic noise being close to the major road.

Gorgeous house within easy walk to town

This house is immaculately restored and beautifully presented. It has all the features needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved the fireplace, warm snuggly doonas and convenient location. A home away from home. We will be back!

The Guesthouse is just 300 meters easy walk to the Maleny Hotel , the supermarket and and all the delightful cafes and shops of Maleny. You will not find anywhere closer than this. From this highly convenient location you can enjoy all that Maleny has to offer from hand made ice cream and cheese, wineries, yoga, meditation, massage, live music, and country hospitality.

Excellent restaurants include Spicers Tamarind (award winning Thai food), Lumbini (casual Nepalese dining), Shot Gun (best coffee cafe in town for breakfast and lunch), Sarah's Unplugged (innovative Australian café), Pomodoro's (modern Australian cuisine) and Capriccio's (best pizza in town!)

Maleny is also well known for it's abundance of fresh produce, variety of restaurants and award winning Wedding venue locations. Whilst in Maleny we suggest you take a drive along Mountain View Road, to admire the breathtaking views of the Glasshouse Mountains and beyond. You may also like to stop off at Mary Cairncross Park, which has a café and BBQ areas, or head over to the Maleny Botanical Gardens and Kondalilla National Park. In the warmer months, many like to refresh at Gardners Falls or head east 30 mins to one of the many Sunshine Coast beaches that are on offer. Other local attractions include the Maleny Dairies and the Maleny Cheese Factory.
