Please keep garage door down and closed when in use. We have cold weather in Park City so this is to keep you more comfortable & to protect the home.

Close to slopes, spacious, and comfy

Monique's home was perfect for our family ski trip. She prepped the space with personalized beverages and snacks, was very quick to respond to our numerous communications, and made our stay feel special. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

2025 ski trip

This property is just right for our extended family of skiers and non-skiers. Large and roomy, and the grand-kids love the hot tub. Wonderful location close to the Cabiolet lift. A short walk to the free shuttle bus serving either mountain. Host and hostess are a delight. We stay here every year and love it.

Perfect location for skiers..

House is big and convenient to Canyons, about 5 -10 min drive. Very welcoming, and comfortable for our annual family ski trip. Had everything you want, had clear labels and instructions. We enjoyed our time together, would highly recommend staying at this place. Monique was always available to help and answer questions.
