Duplex 3 Bedroom apartment The views over the Marina to the sea are awesome turn the other way and you look out over the tennis court and mountains view. The terrace is 100m2 over the marina view. There is a new swimming pool right by the Beach that Guests can use. Note we are not always able to physically greet guests at the apartment, access is by key and it will be handed by one of our staff
Al Sifah is a new development just South of Muscat currently it takes about one hour to drive from Muscat or 1 ½ hours from Muscat airport .There are some stunning beaches dotted along the coast both North and South of Jebel al Sifah There is no doubt at all that this development is by far the most aesthetically beautiful of all developments in Oman
The duplex apartment has a terrace of over 100 m2 which overlooks the Marina and the sea and a new swimming pool on one side and the Mountains ( Jebel) and the Golf course plus the Tennis court on the other side, the front view directly over the Marina and the swimming pool to the sea is stunning.

The Apartment has a Smart TV and free Internet and access is by key. Note there is only one Key and the apartment cannot be accessed without this key.
