With markets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, all within a block of the property. House with air conditioning, cable TV, wi-fi internet in all environments, kitchen equipped with microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, stovetop, appliances (blender, mixer, juice extractor, coffee maker, etc), has garage for 4 cars, barbecue, laundry with washing machine.
