Beautiful grounds and easy walk into Rye. Close to hot springs and all relaxation. Super comfortable beds and couch. Was well stocked, with quality appliances. Great bathrooms and plenty of space with two lounge options. Fire was totally cosy and very welcome.

Just as my title states - a lovely home full of quality items From the comfy beds to the spacious living area.We were very impressed with layout location and overall feel of the house Would highly recommend

Cozy Accommodation

This property was perfect for our mini getaway. The fireplace was perfect for the wintry days. The place was super clean and it was lovely to have a few extras like body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a few pantry treats. It’s a short walk to the beach (10 mins) and a skate park. Highly recommend this holiday haven.

Thought of everything

Beautiful spacious home . Loved staying here with my daughter and best friend Everything provided , even lovely fresh linen So good to have a fire in winter and all wood was cut up ready to go. Coffee capsules were plenty and unexpected extras like sauce,dressing and salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee and plenty of tissues and toilet paper. Highly recommend

Wonderful weekend

I treated my parents from Canada to weekend at Rye beach. This house was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It ended up being a pretty rainy weekend but we didn’t mind too much better we found netflixs movies to watch. I also have a two-year-old and she loved the house as well, she had her own little lounge room for her toys and everything was one level so she could run to us easily without any concerns about stairs. It was very roomy and exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again thank you
