This house features 3 bedrooms each respectively sleeping two. Additionally, there is a brand-new sleeper sofa that sleeps two adults as a converted full-sized bed. Delightful stay in lovely Ann Arbor

Very convenient location and wonderful house awaits you. Lovely roomy backyard and all the essentials. Look elsewhere for fanciness but this house has all you need for a stay for 2-4 adults (plus young kids).

We spent the weekend in town for events in Ann Arbor. House worked well for us and was close to everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Perfect Stay

This was an excellent choice for our needs! Great central location, very clean house that was very well stocked and a reasonable price! I loved the homey feel of the house and amenities! We were there during a snow storm and felt very safe and comfortable! We cooked breakfast and lunch here daily, then enjoyed some recommended dinner outings thanks to the book left on the coffee table by the owner! We had 3 college kids and 2 adults, and loved this place! Thank you Ann, we will be back!

Hello! My name is Anna Milanowski. I moved to Ann Arbor for undergraduate studies and loved the town so much I made it my permanent home. I am an elementary teacher here in Ann Arbor. My husband Nick, our dog Watson and I love to take advantage of the great parks here in the city as well as hang out downtown.

We've taken time to make this home a place where you can feel comfortable and relax. It has enough space in the living room and kitchen to spend time with a larger group, but also three cozy bedrooms to retire to. This house is near great, local Ann Arbor shops and restaurants, while still not being too far from downtown.
