Ontworpen en gebouwd door een boer in 1985 voor pensionering dit comfortabele huis heeft een ruime gecombineerde keuken, eetkamer en lounge met omgekeerde cyclus airconditioning. Kan omgaan met extra dagbezoekers
 Drie slaapkamers langs de centrale doorgang naar de garage bieden plaats aan maximaal 8 personen.
Douche en toilet dichtbij hebben handrails voor minder validen.
Gelegen in een normaal rustig deel van de stad is er overdekte parkeerplaats met directe toegang vanuit de garage op Second St. Extra parkeren naast op Fourth St. heeft een gemakkelijke toegang via de volledige lengte achter veranda die is beschut tegen de heersende zuidelijke wind.
Betonnen straat voetpad van zijpoort naar stadsfaciliteiten en strand - 5 tot 10 minuten lopen.
Blijf 6 of 7 nachten en betaal er slechts 5.

Value for money central location.

The property is in a great central location between Whyalla and Pt Lincoln. House was tidy. Owner was very helpfull with any concerns.The canoes with life jackets was a fantastic option to explore the tidal creek.

property was a 60 s style home, exceptionally clean. Owner had left many provisions for our use. location was walking distance to beach and jetty. Host was easily contactable and responsive to our needs.

Holiday in Arno Bay

A clean and tidy home. Very 70s and comfortable. The backyard is not family friendly unfortunately. Grateful for linen on beds and towels etc. we’ll stocked pantry if you want to use any items. Great location.

comfortable family home

A home, not a unit or apartment so plenty of room. Furniture is dated but comfortable. Within easy walking distance of supermarket. A nice morning walk to the pier, with a break for a coffee and cake at the Pier Cafe before heading off for a stroll along the boardwalk trail. a queen size bed would be much more preferable to the current double.

Restful and Relaxing.

The house was roomy and comfortable with a variety of contents to enable us to enjoy each others company without being crammed up in a small space. It was a short drive to the foreshore and creek walking trail. Kevin was very approachable and friendly who kept in contact if any issues arose. We are looking forward to returning at some stage. I couldn't find accommodation in Cowell where my mother is in hospital. This place was an extremely good alternative....quiet area, comfortable bed and, literally, a home away from home.

Quiet & Comfortable

Very comfortable country accommodation with everything we needed for our short stay. No bells & whistles just practical living. Our host Kevin was very friendly and accommodating and we were very grateful for the pantry of condiments, seasonings and cooking items which we were free to use. Thanks Kevin!
