Sit out on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee as you plan your itinerary, then unwind in the hot tub after a full day of activities. All the comforts of home, free bus service, and quick access to the gondola make this charming residence the perfect choice for a summer vacation escape or the fantastic skiing and boarding Breckenridge is known for.

This house is in a wonderful location and we had everything we needed. It’s a very clean and comfortable home. Master bed was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub and large tv in the living room. Management company was helpful and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and conveniently located to town and local parks but the outside grill was not in a condition that invited cooking. Other than the grill the amenities were fine and bedding comfortable and the garage a nice extra.

Great proximity to village and slopes. Very spacious place, very clean. Only negative was the hot tub seemed to be a bit heavy on the chlorine

First time visiting Breckenridge. What a great town! The house was perfect for our party of 7. We were able to walk everywhere in the town. Would love to stay here again.

Comfy and conveniently located.

We had 10 people ages 2.5 to 72. Everything was great. Lots of towels, TP, utensils. Beds were comfortable, hot tob was clean and hot. Everything in town was a short drive or walk away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home! The house is perfect for a group of 6-8. The house has been perfectly clean and ready with easy entry! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes! Fireplace is great. River ridge rentals provided everything we could have needed for our stay from extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent etc. the garage is perfect for storing boards/skiis! Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms! They also allowed us a late check out which we truly appreciated! Location is three blocks from Main Street, only a 5 minute walk! Perfect location!

Great Thanksgiving

Great location! Wonderful fully stocked home. More than enough room for us and 4 grandchildren. Management was very help to help us check in a day early due to a snowstorm. House is 2 blocks from a sledding hill for the kids. Walking distance to main street and restaurants.Kids loved the spacious bunk beds and the hot tub. We will be back!

Great house close to Main Street!

The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of paper products/ supplies for our week long stay. We appreciate that as we traveled from out of state. The beds were very comfortable, which is a rarity for rentals. We appreciated the box fans and humidifiers in each bedroom. Main Street was just a few blocks away, so it was easy to walk to shopping and dining. Thank you for a great stay!

Breck Ski Getaway

I would give this house high marks for location, comfort, cleanliness and responsiveness of the property management company. We experienced some challenges but they were quickly addressed. We would definitely rent this property again. There were 5 adults and we fit comfortably in the house. Two rooms were good for couples (king or queen bed) and a third room was a comfortable bunk room that could fit up to 4 adults/kids. There are only 2 full baths though so with that many ppl we had to share. The kitchen, dining and living room areas were updated and very comfortable. Also a well cared for and easy to access hot tub on the back deck and a good sized garage for storing skis etc. Location was excellent, a short walk to main street where all the restaurants and shops are. Also a short drive to parking lot where gondola takes you up to the base of the mountain for skiing. Our only complaint was technical challenges we encountered. The hot water heater stopped working our first day, but the property management company addressed it very quickly and got it fixed that night. Also the code system on the door locking mechanism wasn't working consistently, and the management company tried to address that promptly as well. All in all, they are a very responsive property manager and the house is well taken care of.

The house was fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, towels and hot tub towels! It was perfectly clean! All of the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our girls week! It comfortably housed 7 women. If you’ve ever been to breck you know parking is hot commodity and this house offered three spots which was incredible! We were able to fit our wagoneer in the driveway no problem! We also received text messages from river ridge to make sure everything was going well!! Truly loved this house and the rental company! Could not have asked for better! We will be back!

I cooked breakfast for families, so really appreciated having all the pots and pans. And that green pan skillet is awesome for eggs. One of the nicest little details are windows in the master bedroom. The night views were spectacular around holidays. We had 3-4 big dinners in the house, 2-3 dives into the hot-tubs. What can I say? It was all around great experience. Breck is so cute at holiday time. Thank you for being thoughtful and taking great care of rentals!!

Perfect Fall getaway

The property was excellent in just about every way. 5ish minute walk into town but far enough away to not feel right on the strip. Communication was great and they accommodated for a early and late check out as well. The only thing i would recommend for the house would be humidifiers as the mountain air is very dry. Would come back anytime as it was a perfect fall get away to see the changing colors and take in the town. Thank you again, hope to be back soon!

The Best

So convenient to downtown Breckenridge and all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Went to the farmers market on Sunday and that was great also.

Perfect Location and Great House!

We loved our first stay in Brek and our house was perfect! The location close to the slopes and downtown, the house size was perfect for our two teenagers. The property manager was SUPER nice and responsive. We can't wait to go back!
