An Amazing Time

We had the best time staying at our vacation home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. We loved sitting on the back deck, overlooking the pool. The gate opens and it’s a few step walk to the pool. If you’re looking for convenience, this is the place for you. The host is very responsive with any questions we had. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much for the perfect trip!

Huge end unit in a row of townhouses in a quiet, family-friendly area. The beach is a quick walk through the community pool, the beach area is quiet and peaceful, very clean and managed well by beach patrol. The house is well-stocked, tons of kitchen equipment, a really nice washer and dryer, and the garage is super convenient for sandy beach equipment. We traveled with 3 small children, 3 and under, and the place was decent for littles, just a lot of sharp corners and glass surfaces for parents to be aware of. The deck steps down were also a little tricky. There are a LOT of sea pines and turtle lane regulations, and the host will communicate expectations clearly and frequently… but that’s what keeps the area nice. Overall, very satisfied with the property.

We picked this location as it was close to the beach (one minute walk) and we were not disappointed. All amenities were as advertised. Condo had plenty of room for all adults and children. Communication with property manager prior, during, and following was outstanding. This was our first visit to HHI and we left impressed

Great Family Vacation

What a great location! We loved having the pool right off the deck, and the beach just steps away. The home is large, clean and well cared for. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay at 17 Turtle Lane

The house is in excellent condition with all amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home also included extra beach towels. The Fridge and AC worked very well and each bedroom had really comfy beds and extra pillows and blankets. Perfect location over looking the pool and 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Great place for families near the beach!

We traveled with our 3 kids (6 and under) and stayed here. The place was perfect for a family of five with plenty of room for the kids to run around. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We had everything we needed to eat at home (which we ended up doing a lot of due to the tropical storm). The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens, pillows, etc. The beach was so close that all 3 of our kids could easily walk there. Also we were able to use the garage which was a huge plus to keep bikes, beach gear, etc. We loved the private community and the beach was not too crowded. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The outside area (private deck, pool area, etc) needs some attention. It seemed kind of dirty and not maintained very well. The deck was covered in bird droppings so we didn’t utilize and the pool had lots of dirt/leaves and the trash cans were overloaded. Luckily we spent most of our time at the beach or exploring. Other than this we loved our stay and would likely stay here again!

Heritage weekend

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the golf tournament! We loved our location and being able to bike to the tournament! Very nice, quiet neighborhood!

Bringing in the new year

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to the island (our 4th in 2023) and this one was by far the best - best in location, best in cleanliness and best in overall property. We'll be looking into availability in July for a return visit. :)

Great location

The unit’s location in Sea Pines is excellent. There is close access to the beach and Beach Club which made our daily trips very easy. The unit had three bathrooms, each with an on-suite, which was a plus. The space was comfortable for our family to stay in. It could use some updating, particularly the bathrooms, but it had what we needed to enjoy an extended stay. The unit was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, serving plates etc. but there weren’t any basics like salt and pepper, which is typical in most rentals we’ve stayed in the past. Be prepared to bring or buy everything you may need. The management was very responsive when we contacted them and addressed our minor issues quickly.

Perfect for our family

Everything was just great for our family. We had plenty of room for eight of us from a 2 year old to us grandparents. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook several nights and breakfast daily. The garage is an added bonus for storing our beach toys and bikes. It was very convenient to the beach, the pool right outside was great and we biked all over the Sea Pines area. A great vacation in every way!

If you just had to pick the property mgmt….

They are the ones. Low Country Costal Rentals and Peter are by far the best I’ve interacted with in the 30+ years I’ve been coming to Sea Pines.
