All townhouses in this complex have their own courtyards and secure car park, ocean view balconies, grassed areas on the beach side, and share an inviting in ground pool for a quick refreshing dip close to the property.

This particular unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom, shower and access to a gorgeous balcony overlooking Seven Mile Beach, this balcony is shared with adjoining bedroom 2 whereas bedroom 3 is positioned at the back of the property and fitted with 2 single beds. The spacious main bathroom also on this level allows for easy access and accommodates a full sized bath tub and shower.

The ground floor houses a fully equipped laundry and a third toilet, top loading washing machine and wall fitted dryer. The living space is tastefully decorated with various wall artifacts and fixtures, plus a large 2 and 3 seater lounge adding to its appeal and comfort. The freshly renovated unit is a favourite among our repeating guests. This area extends through the large sliding glass doors to the paved, private external area adjoining the green lawns that encompass the grounds, a wonderful area for children and adults alike with a full view of our gorgeous beach close by.

Tresise Place is a much sought after Lennox address, lovely and quiet and only a short stroll from the main village where you will be treated by great coffee spots, fine restaurants, trendy shops and eateries open 7 days.

Some of the amenities are showing their age eg toilets don’t flush properly, toaster needs replacing & lack of wine glasses & back bedroom unbearable to sleep in due to heat. Lack of umbrella for outdoor setting (we ended up buying one from Bunnings) & TV didn’t work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great extended family spot right on the beach!

This was such a great stay for us as a family with a family friend. Apart from the kitchen floor being a little dirty, the place was presented beautifully and was clean. The kids (despite the wet weather) loved the beach being outside our back door (over a road) and the playground with swings. Also the bike path starting at the back door was terrific. Loved our stay and hope to be back to lovely Lennox Head.

It was such a great spot for the kids.. they loved the beach and the pool.. a great spot of grass just out the front for three to run on.. close to everything l.. will stay here again.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The apartment was beautifully presented and very comfortable. It's an easy flat walk to the village with the boardwalk up to the Heads right at the door. Going to sleep with the sound of the ocean was relaxing and having a lovely little courtyard out the front to enjoy the morning sun was perfect. Definitely choose this apartment again!
