Esta encantadora y bien equipada casa de una sola planta frente al mar es luminosa, espaciosa y cómoda, ideal para 2 familias que disfrutan de la paz y la tranquilidad de la isla, los deportes acuáticos, la navegación y la pesca.

Consta de una gran sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta (capacidad para 10) con TV de pantalla grande y Blu Ray, relájese y disfrute de las vistas al agua y la vida de las aves, área de entretenimiento al aire libre cubierta con una gran barbacoa (capacidad para 10)

Las 3 habitaciones son de buen tamaño con batas incorporadas, la principal cuenta con un baño y vestidor. 

La moderna cocina está bien equipada e incluye vajilla y cubertería para 12 personas, lavaplatos, cafetera y cocina de gas, sala familiar separada con televisor de pantalla grande, Wii y futón, perfecto para los niños.

Baño principal con ducha doble y bañera separada, inodoro y lavandería separados con lavadora y secadora.

Características adicionales incluidas: aire acondicionado por conductos R / C, pontón privado para amarrar el bote y estacionamiento en la calle para 4 autos. Tenga en cuenta que el garaje no está disponible para su uso.

Lovely house in good location

Lovely house in a nice neighbourhood. The no wifi was hard with kids and 2 families but other than that we had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and linen was nice quality. Showers were great and house was relatively clean but could use a deep clean as there were lots of cobwebs and little spiders around the place. Air con was great and was able to control temps in all the different rooms. Thanks for the nice week!

overall it's ok but...

Overall the location is excellent. The water on the back of the house was so amazing. But the BBQ machine was not clean enough. We did the BBQ cleaning ourselves. The checking process is not convenient.

IN NEED OF SOME TLC

No hot water after two days,no power in kitchen, bedside lights in bedroom not working ,cobwebs everywhere,bar-b q past its use by date,covered in rust.left three days early and asked for refund, told I should have read small print.NEVER AGAIN.

house Stay

Out side bins were left full ,with fly's and bees flying around on lids. Very smelly left on front kirb at house, and not emptied out over weekend. Some cobwebs in 1st bedroom close to dinning room. kitchen neat and clean, some chipped cups and rusty fork. Very dusty at back entertainment area.

Needs cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was not very bad but could’ve been better if it’s cleaner. The bunk beds bedroom is tiny and had spiderwebs everywhere. We also had a spider on one of the bed. Lots of spider webs in the alfresco as well so we did not use that space at all. Kitchen cooking utensils are not cleaned properly and smells when we try to use them. Towels provided are in poor condition. This property really needs a major clean up and upgrade.

Great Location - Good Value - Could Do With More TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed here before we knew what to expect and we returned for a reason. The new outdoor clear panels were appreciated when windy despite being a bit fiddly and noisy. The location and view are great for relaxing with easy kayaking and boating from the private jetty.The decor is simple and neat in keeping with the reasonable pricing but some bare globe light fittings could do with basic covers.Whilst the basic cleaning had been done with clean linen supplied, the presence of spider webs, screen doors that drop of tracks at the lightest touch and other filters requiring cleaning are signs that maintenance issues are becoming more prevalent.A proper basic queen bed instead of folding day bed and curtained doorway in the front room would make this useful as a proper extra bedroom.However nothing is perfect and positives outweigh the negatives. A good place for a relaxing family holiday with friends.

Just lovely

The heating made it perfect, even when it was a little chilly outside. The house was perfectly equipped for a getaway, providing everything that we needed for a rest, as well as providing enough entertainment for the children.

Never again

The house had a few issues. The cooktop had some problems. It did not work well, and it could be even dangerous. The beds were uncomfortable and made noises. The mattresses and pillows were awful and uncomfortable. Also, there was no fence in the backyard, and it could cause problems for the families who have small children. The house wasn't clean at a high standard, and there were plenty of dirty dishes in the cabinets. Power in the kitchen had problem special when you used kettle power of the house was turned off. Never never again

Great location, The house needs a full clean, look like someone had just gone in and wiped over stuff, our kids were to scared to sleep in the bunk bed ,as the was spiders and spiderwebs everywhere, the same in the showers and bath, and the dust was terrible, we had to clean and vacuum the rooms ourself, the wardrobes in room with double bed without ensuite was full of cobwebs & dead spiders on the shelf. utensils were greasy and unclean. We had to wash before use.

Excellent property

I had an amazing holiday experience in this property. Only thing I would like to advise is the Kettle. Please replace it with a new one. It is too smelly and dirty.

Room for improvement

This is a great property in a fantastic location. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with cutlery, crockery and utensils. Lots of boardgames, scifi/fantasy books and jigsaw puzzles provided. We had no issues with hot water (family of 5). Dining seats 8, not 10. Easy drive to many great beaches, coastal towns, kayaking, surfing etc. AV equipment was not setup correctly. Bluray connected via standard def cables. Stereo not connected correctly and speakers not connected. Was unable to play music. I wouldn't class the TV in the family room as 'big screen' and there was no sign of a Wii that we saw. The BBQ was so rusted that I would not feel safe using it without a safety inspection. The main issue for us was the cleanliness. Whoever is doing the cleaning is rushing through and not getting into corners or behind furniture. A build up of dust in corners of the bathroom and cobwebs behind the bedroom chair. Lots of dirt and cobwebs down the side of the bunks as the bunks can't be easily moved for cleaning. We vacuumed when we arrived before using the bedrooms. Despite these detractions we had a great holiday from this location and with a little effort from the property manager this would be a 5 star property.

Peaceful break and excellent for a big timefamily

We had a lovely peaceful 4 days at this property. Good place for a family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Wii games supplied and fishing off the jetty. It was also very well equipped and welcoming. We all returned home extremely relaxed. Thank you.
