Pros: unit was very clean, and very beautifully decorated. Rental agency was responsive and checked in several times to see if everything was ok. Cons: unit was advertised on VRBO as having heated pool access. It was not disclosed prior to arrival that the pool onsite was not open, and “pool access” was at another location which would require driving. -Unit is on 4 lane , busy road. Traffic noise can be loud. Access to beach requires crossing this road.-kitchen was stocked, but had very limited bowls and spoons . -This may seem trivial, but the rental agency did not provide dishwasher detergent, despite asking us to start the dishwasher at checkout. We were there for only 5 days; this is an item that’s often provided so short term renters do not have to go out of their way to buy something they’ll use once.

Great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and nice. Everything was updated. Had everything you would need. The rental place was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive when we emailed back and forth. I would most definitely stay again.

Very clean and beautiful home

Great location, very clean and spacious with a beautiful view. Stayed for a weekend wedding and was perfect for a family of 4. Definitely will return for our next stay.

Great location

My family and I enjoyed the location! It was easy access to the beach, lighthouse, Savannah, Savannah State University, Pinpoint Museum, Skidaway National Park and other historical sights. The apartment was very clean and we would like to return soon.

We had a great stay at this property and plan to book it for our next adventure. Our only disappointment was that at the pool right outside the doors was not functional, however they did provide us access to another pool that was just a couple of minutes down the road, so that was lovely!

Great stay

Everything was perfect except there was a beautiful pool in our backyard and couldnt use it, was not open to guests at the time we stayed. Beautiful kitchen and living room, even the bathrooms were beautiful!!! Not to far from places to eat and the coffee shop is right down the road.

This was a great property! Bring a fire stick because the cable selection is not the best, and the on-site pool is still under construction. Otherwise, this property is clean, quiet, and comfy.

Great Place - Great Location

The property is well cared for. Very well appointed. Loved how it's right in town near the beach, restaurants, etc. The staff txt'd me periodically just to make sure all was well. Very professional. I'd stay there again if opportunity presented itself.

Very nice, clean and as described. There is a pool out back, but we couldn’t use it?! Plenty of kitchen supplies and communication was great. The view is nice but no outdoor space to sit outside. That’s the only downfall.

Excellent location and wonderful property

Loved the unit. My 16-year old son was slightly disappointed when he was expecting a regular 3rd bedroom for him instead of a room with a Murphy bed. But after the 1st night, he got used to his space and had no issues. Otherwise, property is spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Great location close to everything and easy drive to Savannah. Management was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend the place.

Pleasant for brief stay

Condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. It is however not a true 3 bedroom. There is a steep stairway entrance to the condo and the third bed is a Murphy bed on the landing. The stair support railing needs attention and the bathroom door in the Master Bedroom does not close properly. WiFi is available but the signal fluctuates from room to room and cable options are basic. This is also a high traffic area so be aware of the Highway noise. You do have a nice view of the marshes from the living area and the beds were very comfortable.

The property is very clean and beautifully decorated. It’s well stocked and other than a small issue with being given the wrong WiFi information and a fuzzy tv, we didn’t have any issues. We were surprised when we arrived to find the unit is located above the rental office. That didn’t turn out to be a big deal but it is located on a very busy street and we heard road noise all night. They do provide a noise machine and that does help. There is a very nice pool on the property. Still don’t understand who that is for. The pool that is available is a drive but is very nice.

Sister Trip

Overall, my sister and I had a wonderful experience. We had several inconveniences; the heated pool at the apartment was under construction, and we had to go off the property to use a pool. The code given to access the pool was not correct. We had to wait 45 minutes to get the code to use, the pool. The television was not working in the family room. We were told that the weather was the problem because of the internet was not connecting. We had one rainy night. We had several maintenance issues that was addressed. One of the inner doors had a broken handle. The ice maker cover was off the and the ice was building up inside the freezer area.

Nice house in a nice area

Nice space for a family of 4. The location is close to food and a coffee shop that you can walk to. The only issue we had was the internet's slowness. The TVs kept buffering when trying to watch anything and it was very annoying. If the pool was open at this location I would have given it a 5-star rating. Instead, you have to drive to the south end of the island for pool access and there were a lot of people there.

Tybee Stay

Unit was clean and very well kept. Definitely be aware that one of the bedrooms is right off the entry staircase and has a murphy bed, we did not realize that when booking and would have probably chosen otherwise had we known. Pool was closed during out stay which was a bummer, but overall the location and cleanliness of this unit made it worthwhile.

Condo was fantastic!

Decor was perfect and accommodations were all that we needed. Only thing that could have made it better would’ve been an outdoor place to sit. Bedding, curtains, etc.. we’re just like at home. It didn’t feel like it was someone’s left over belongings. When the pool open on the property, that will be great.

Great property

This location was really great. About a mile from the beach and a 20-25 minute drive to Savannah, this place was just what we needed. Once the pool in the back is open it will be incredibly ideal, but we were able to use the pool on Silver St. Bring your own spices, salt and pepper, but otherwise stocked with all cooking needs. Beds were very comfortable and the entire property was just what we needed for our family getaway. we will definitely stay here again. Clean, safe, easy check in/out, and good communication with management. Ample parking as well.

Nice stay outside of Historic Savannah

This was a beautiful property to stay at while visiting Georgia. It’s a bit of a ways from historic Savannah about 25-35 mins to drive into the main town of the historic district. The drive at night has poor lighting. The property itself was very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. There were about 18 steps / a set of stairs up to the apartment itself. Upon walking into the building and the very bottom of the stairs there was a bit of a musty / damp smell. There was no elevator. The internet was not the greatest and the WiFi with the tv went out a every night we attempted to watch Hulu or Netflix after working remotely. It’s in the same building that the vacation rental company is in - you walk by the people working there. From the people working there, there wasn’t a smile or a brief hello so it felt a little unfriendly instead of a welcoming experience. The pool is not on the property and the one that is there...is not done as it’s under construction. Overall - it was a nice stay for what we needed. The cleanliness was exceptional. Again, it was a really nice place to stay. It was very roomy and spacious. However, next time we will likely stay closer to the historic district. Thank you for a nice place to stay. I do recommend staying here. My entire family enjoyed the apartment.
