Good location

My cousins and I (All of us are over 70) had a lovely stay in this condo. The accommodations were just right for us. The elevator came in handy for the ones with mobility issues. The location was close to shops and restaurants but still quite At night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place close to downtown

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend! The house was clean, spacious, and within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and breweries. The elevator was nice to bring our luggage up and down and the furnishing were very comfortable. Such a great place to stay!

Fantastic home and location!

By far the best VRBO home in which I have ever stayed. The townhome was even better than depicted in the photos and very comfortable. We loved enjoying the rooftop deck at night. The location is easily walkable to downtown but also nice and quiet at night. Definitely a fantastic stay and hope to return again in the future.

We loved our stay! My husband, I, and two teenage boys loved the proximity to yummy food and Well Played Board Game Cafe. The beds were comfortable, the elevator super helpful when bring in/out bags, and the kitchen had everything (although all the great restaurants within walking distance made it so we didn’t use the kitchen a whole lot).

Great location in which to walk to local restaurants or the downtown area. Sauna House is right across the street. Private elevator ensures you are always on the 4th floor balcony. So appreciated having the basics stocked. Had trouble getting in (my fault) and was amazed how quickly help was available. I’ve stayed at numerous Air B&Bs - this is the best one yet.

Beautifully appointed, super comfortable, very clean, and perfect location! We stayed here for a family holiday get-away to Asheville. Steps away from many fun breweries and a quick and easy 15-minute walk to downtown Asheville shops, restaurants and bars. Kitchen has everything you’ll need and more. Our group found this a perfect property for being walking distance to South Slope establishments, and easily walkable to central downtown as well. Clearly a very new building with very nice interior finishes and amenity items. A+

Wonderful condo!

This property was the nicest and best equipped that I have ever rented. All the extra amenities were there. I only found two things that could have made it even better. 1. Wine glasses. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything else anyone would need. 2. A grab bar in the tub/shower. It’s a very high step to get into the tub to shower. Anyone who is older or short ( I am both) would have difficulty. Overall, I give it 5 stars plus!

Great place to stay while in Asheville

We booked this property initially because it was beautiful and near all the places we wanted to go, but they literally only had our 2 days left for availability that month so we thought it was fate telling us we had to stay there. Plus the price was great! We hiked Chimney Rock and hit a craft fair in Biltmore while we waited to check in at 4. You could not check in a minute before. It was easy to enter the code and we loved having a garage to ourselves. The place was beautiful!!! There were 4 of us total, my husband and myself and 2 teenage girls. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were great, a bathroom on every floor, the rooftop patio was fun when it wasnt raining. The girls loved the loft area and even spent one of the nights up there. It was close to area breweries that we walked to one night. We mostly drove around downtown and to the River Arts district, it wasn't difficult at all to park downtown. There was alot of construction going on during our stay but that is not the owners fault. We would stay here again next time we came to Asheville. The only thing I had to complain about is the whole place is very open! We could hear the TVs playing from the other floors and even light talking carried throughout the whole place. But that wasnt a huge deal to us because we were family but I could see it may be odd if you were maybe traveling with other couples. Overall, we loved it and it made our stay in Asheville a memorable one.
