This ADA accessible 2 king bedroom, 2 bath unit has all the premium amenities you can imagine, including a cozy corner reading nook in the main bedroom, a luxe kitchen with a large island, dining area, living room, and balcony with west-facing mountain views. Wide doorways accommodate wheelchairs and the large Master Bath has a walk-in shower with bench and grab bars. Living room includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is one dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere.

We loved everything about our stay. We walked to everything except for a short drive to the Grove Park Inn for a day visit and meal. We especially appreciate the private and secure parking garage included with our stay. We visit Asheville often and hope to stay again in the future.

Condo was very nice and comfortable! It was also exceptionally clean and communication with property manager very easy using the VRBO app. Location was good, close to downtown and Biltmore. Sadly our visit was cut short due to approaching hurricane Helene but hope to visit again soon.
