This is not your average rental! Luxury 11th floor condo within walking distance of downtown Ft. Myers (just 8 minutes - faster than you can retrieve your car from the valet). This spectacular location is just minutes from the beach and is walking distance to the grocery and a premier golf course. Enjoy great attractions such as the Edison Estate and numerous galleries and restaurants. Weekends bring frequent festivals and entertainment downtown, including Art Walk on the first Friday/Saturday of each month and Music Walk on the third Friday/Saturday of each month (did we mention it is only 8 minutes by foot!)
The secure building features private elevator entrance to the unit (Keypad security at doors and at the elevator). A double door entry opens into a spacious unit with 1,803 sq feet of living space featuring 9 ft ceilings. A large master suite opens directly to a vast screened lanai that looks out over the waterway in one direction and beautiful downtown views to the other. The master suite includes a large master bath with a soaking tub for two, separate vanities, and an amazing walk-in shower. The master is located separately from the other bedrooms for privacy. A second bedroom features a large closet and queen bed with a memory foam mattress. You will also enjoy access to the rear balcony with spectacular views to the south and west, overlooking the city and part of the waterway. A third room in the back can be a sitting room, an office and also functions as a third bedroom. The full size couch is a queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. This room also has access to the rear balcony and its spectacular views. There is a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer.
The full kitchen features all new appliances (as of July 2016), and includes utensils, dishes, pots, pans and a coffee maker and toaster. The dining area seats six and is right off of the kitchen. Additional eating spaces are at the bar counter and on the lanai. The large, screened in lanai features spectacular views of the waterway and looks out over a large marina, perfect for those who have their own boat or want to rent one. The lanai and balcony add 338 sq feet to the unit and are newly furnished with multiple seating capabilities and table seating for four.
Personal entertainment has not been forgotten. Take advantage of three flat-screen televisions, complete with cable, and high-speed internet. Cards and games round out the family fun. The complex features 24 hour security, with gated underground parking, and coded entry to the main doors and elevators. Guests also have full access to a gathering area featuring a kitchen, library, conference room, card tables, and a community big screen TV. There is a large, heated pool with sunning area, hot tub, and numerous gas grills for your use. A fitness area with state of the art equipment features his/her saunas.

This property has been purchased to eventually be our primary home in Florida. We are still busy at home with our careers and kids, but hope to transition there in the near future. We are renting the unit for part of the year so others can enjoy when we can not. It has been purchased and furnished with quality furniture and appointments, so we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Beautiful river view
The condo was as advertised. It's in a great location. Close to downtown, Publix and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathrooms and bedrooms. When we asked the owner for more ink for the printer and another hair dryer for the second bathroom we received both the next day.
Our one disappointment was that the hot tub by the pool was out of commission the entire month we were there and that the pool is in the shade for a large part of the day.
Downtown offers an array of festivals, restaurant, shops and events. Being in the closest building to downtown (just minutes away) gives you unique access to everything Ft. Myers has to offer. In season, you will be treated to numerous activities every week.
