Perfect location!! We never had to get in the car. Walked to dinner each night. 3 ice-cream places within walking distance. A convenient store super close.

Beautiful location and condo

Unfortunately due to the hurricane there is a lot of construction going on daily right below us. The workers were blasting their music very early and it was annoying. The condo is beautiful and clean. The location is wonderful and the pool is a nice touch.

Overall, the stay was really nice. The only issues were the bed in what I would consider the master bedroom. The mattress springs were very uncomfortable and the lighting coming through the window was very bright probably good idea to do blackout blinds there and it was pretty noisy in the mornings with the trash Trucks

Great Location!

We had a great stay, as this condo is in the perfect location. The unit is on the 2nd floor as stated, on a 3 floor building, so depending on who's upstairs, it can be a little noisy (not a deal breaker, we just happened to have kids up above running back and forth. Haha). The pool was really nice and access to the beach is perfect, with a little bar/grill and public restrooms across the parking lot. We did have a small issue upon arrival, but management handled it to our satisfaction. We will be back again!!

Great location!

Unit could use a deep clean and decluttering of stuff. Lot of stuff in the closets, lots of extras of dishes, and decor. Moving out some to these things would make a little room for guest to put groceries and have space for suit cases in the closets. Unit had 2 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas which was very helpful.

Great girls vacation

Unit could stand some updates and a thorough cleaning. Nice that there were some beach chairs, umbrellas, toys but check once in awhile and get rid of broken/gross stuff. A cart would be a great addition. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was nice. Proximity to the beach was awesome. Plenty of nice bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent free or affordable transportation available. No need for a car. Overall a good experience and a great vacation.

Quiet, Clean, Great Location

Fully equipped, all appliances, plus the bonus of a few beach chairs and cooler that saved a few bucks. Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to multiple restaurants, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location right on St Pete Beach, unit had room for improvement

The location is great, right on the beach. The apartments are not new, but the buildings themselves are in good shape. The pool was great, and this unit overlooks the pool and has great access. The floors inside the unit however, are filthy. We definitely do not expect perfection, but it caused a lot of extra work. Can’t walk around barefoot or in socks because your feet or socks will literally turn black in a few minutes. This became a larger issue with our kids. Had to constantly clean their feet and socks, keep the off the furniture. Seems like a hardy mopping was needed. Other things in the apartment were ok. Would recommend overall, just expect to walk around with flip flops on in the unit.

This is a great location across from St. Pete beach and walking distance to local restraints. The room was clean and had had all the amenities. While we spent our days on the ocean, the pool was just out the front door and looked well maintained. Check in and out was very easy. Recommended place to stay.

St Pete Spring Break 2022

Location and view was awesome. The property was not best suited for family for spring break vacation. There seemed to be a lot of resident retirees not pleased with vacationers and teens.

The beach just outside our door!

Loved the proximity to the beach. The joint entryway was the worst part of the place. Outdated and wreaks of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, when we opened the door to the condo it was nothing like the shared building entry. A cute 2 bedroom condo, well maintained with most amenities. Plenty of space and a beautiful oceanside & poolside view. The pool is write outside our door and across the street is Paradise Grill and the beach! Loved it! Take note that a "1" number does not mean it's the main floor. If that was in the listing I missed it. My 80 year old mother was with, thankfully she can still do stairs when needed. Overall, it was a nice place and I'd love to return!

Nice stay

Nice stay in older building. Very clean, many towels. Great location and short walk to uncrowded beach. Door locks are a bit touchy to unlock with keys.

Nice Beach Condo

Overall this was very good--great location, walkable to good restaurants, groceries, the beach etc., nice warm clean pool, unit was as advertised. Our only suggestions are for the owner to please provide more coffee--we ran out after two days, and had to buy and leave some--and bigger bars of soap for the bathtub--the tiny one provided disappeared the first day. Some beach towels would also be nice, we had to buy those too. And don't rely on guests washing the dishes--several items were not very clean as a result. Other than that, it was lovely!
