House was wonderful. Only small complaint was that some of the screens were damaged and the weather was beautiful and we weren't able to open all the windows without letting the mosquitos in.

Beautiful property, very close to the lake, great for our large family gathering. We appreciated the cribs and pack n play and all of the beach equipment (chairs, towels, wagon). This was our second time staying at the property.

We had had an amazing stay at the Lake House! We had multiple different families staying and the layout of the house was excellent! Great space for lots of people, easy beach access, convenient to towns nearby, absolutely perfect. Our hosts were great and communicative, will definitely be back next summer!

The house had everythig we needed for a fun beach vacation. The extra mattresses helped us spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and they supplied toilet paper and paper towels for the week. They had lots of beach chairs too. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. Overall, amazing stay!

Amazing property!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs, especially the baby-friendly primary suite for the couple in our group with two kids under two! The basement is stocked full of games and a ping pong table for entertaining the kids, too. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach, and there is also a park with pickleball/tennis/basketball courts and a playground nearby. Great for a family vacation!

A Perfect Getaway

This house is ideal for a friend or family reunion or getaway no matter the season. The area is beautiful with the lake right there and the house is perfect as it offers multiple places for groups and yet other areas if you want some quiet time. We cannot recommend this experience enough!

Beautiful property

Beautiful home that was perfect for our large family gathering. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Towels, chairs and even wagons were supplied. Grocery store was close by for quick trips.

Amazing house

Perfect place for a multi family reunion - clean, well appointed, beautiful house in a great location close to the beach. I was initially concerned about the extensive paperwork required, but the village is really wonderful and it seems they want to keep it that way. Excellent stay!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our family of eight adults and six young children had a wonderful stay at this house. It is in great condition and beautifully decorated. The well stocked kitchen and dining/great room are spacious enough to accommodate the whole crowd comfortably. There are also other common areas for one or a few people to get away from the crowd. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach. Be aware there is no yard to speak of and there is no hot tub even though it is listed on the house description on VRBO. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fun with family in Michigan

Our entire family enjoyed our time together at this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for us to gather, and each space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The walk to the beach was just right, and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets!

Family Vacation- Memories Made!

We had a great time at this place! It was nice that we had multiple areas to hang out, play games etc. We loved the screen in porch for dinners! My only complaint is the temperature of the house was very cold, so bring sweatshirts and sweatpants! We had the thermostat at 74 and it was still freezing. Also- lots of poison ivy in the yard so be mindful of where you step!

Family Get Away

The house was awesome and fit all 16 of us with no issues. Plenty of room to hang out in groups or just get away for some quiet time by yourself. Every room and floor had its own theme and was a relaxing space for everyone. The short walk to the beach was perfect for the little children we had with us and the beach area was very private with plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful sunsets capped off each night of our stay and the family is already talking about when we can plan the next trip. Roxanne was terrific to work with and was very responsive to every question we had before and during our stay. The house actually lost power due to a tree falling on the power lines one night but the whole house generated kicked on and kept us all cool during the outage as the temps reach upper 80's. We had a great time and will look at returning to this property in the near future. Thank you to Roxanne and team for a great weekend get away!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This beautiful home is a perfect place to have a large group of friends or family. A wonderful large open kitchen, high ceilings, two fireplaces and beautiful bedrooms. So cozy for a winter stay or a summer vacation. Right by the beach surrounded by woods. Can't wait to come back next year!

Annual Girls Trip

This house is perfect for a large group. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Plenty of space to spread out. A very close walk to the beach which we did! Communication was great with Roxanne and check in very easy. Would reccommend this house!

An ideal stay for friends

Once again our group LOVED the Riviera as it is so inviting and works incredibly well for families and friends as the downstairs is open and you can fit large groups of people around the kitchen as you prepare meals. Short walk to a beautiful beach and the neighborhood is outstanding with a very short ride into New Buffalo. We hope to continue to return! Thanks Roxanne for sharing your tremendous home.

Girls getaway

This was a perfect house for our group of 12 women! The space provided plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as sitting areas to do what we love best—talk! It was comfortable and a short walk down to the beach. We all had a great time!

The Riviera Beach House is perfect for relaxation. It is steps from the beach and Lake Michigan. It has a large screened in porch and three other decks including a third floor Lookout facing Lake Michigan with a wet bar. The lower level walk out deck leads to a fire pit.
