We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We had no blankets for the upstairs beds, and the staff delivered them to us right away. The pools were beautiful and the game room was fun for my son. It was a perfect getaway for us. Hope to go back soon.

Awesome place to stay with kids over winter.

People were kind, got extra soap and towels quickly, and the house was great and clean.

Nice place for family

Everything is nice, except the indoor pool, it is unbearable to be there, too much chlorine and the property would make a lot of money if it sold food, some Hispanic food.

Relaxing stay at a clean well-equipped house by Poconos

The house was clean and well-prepared for us, easy check in, enjoyed a bathtub with jacuzzi, lots of fresh bath towels of a good quality as well! The area has a great restaurant and swimming pool within a few minutes drive.

Short and brief

This looked like it would be a great place for a family adventure, everything looked so fun. I will say I’m not the best person to review it because our plans changed and we ended up just staying 1 night to basically sleep. The property looked nice, could use a little updating, but it was big and had plenty of space and had everything you would need. Very family friendly.

Great location, close to Shawnee mountain.

Everything about our stay was great. The property was clean and it was close to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was getting sucked into a timeshare presentation. Other than that we enjoyed using the indoor pool. Also it would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Good communication with host. Good time altogether.

Family Trip to the mountains

We enjoyed our stay very much. I just wished I realized I was staying at a timeshare resort so I was a little more prepared with the food items I brought. Other than that everything was as expected. Nice resort, most staff were nice and helpful, amenities were awesome and the area was great and close to all the things we wanted to do.

Just right for exploring the Delaware Water Gap area

Property was well-kept and comfortable. This is in a Fairway Village in a wooded area of multiplex buildings. Very quiet and restful sleep. Close enough to waterfalls and shopping with restaurants of all types nearby. Internet help desk was GREAT and got our streaming device connected to TV. Kitchen well-stocked with necessities and a generous, spacious dining table. Washer and dryer were very useful. I would certainly stay here again.

Great stay despite the lock problem

The rental was great as was the host - she was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the lock to our property wasn’t working (IT issue on property management end) so it was an inconvenience - we weren’t able to get into our rental without security coming to let us in. The property management wasn’t the most helpful since others were having the same problem but overall the rental itself was adequate for our needs. Spacious, well stocked and good location.

Pool was not hot, kids side was much colder than adults, i don’t understand why it was like that

Just let people know , be careful about your belongings , i forgot my charger and Sony speaker, after couple days they said we didnt see it, even though i told exactly where i left it, i was far from , couldn’t come back, right away called them, inform your housekeeping that i left my adapter and Sony speaker,

Great amenities, lots of space

The house is huge! There was even a third bedroom that included a (pull-out?) couch and TV. There was a nice wrap-around porch and it was settled in an adorable area with pretty houses and a quiet street. There were lots of little kids riding their bikes around the loops, since it was low traffic. We were at the F2C unit. I was not surprised to see that the unit we were in did not match the pictures on the VRBO listing, based on reviews. We were not disappointed in the house, but I feel that it was still false advertising to have the wrong photos in the listing. Not that it mattered to us, but instead of one queen bed in a room, there were 2 full size beds. The kitchen was also a galley kitchen, not L-shaped. However, everything was clean and we had no complaints otherwise. The TV had cable but no roku. It did have a DVD player, and we stopped at a thrift store and bought some cheap DVDs to watch. The indoor & outdoor pools were not within walking distance, but you need to drive there. My boys had a great time swimming! Towels were available at the pool, but you have to sign them out. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would consider coming again.

Overall the location was excellent for what we had planned, waterfalls and horseback riding, the washer and dryer are in an awkward place, and a few lightbulbs need to be replaced, but that’s minor… we had a great time
