About Bradley Luth
I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo in town, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. I own a few units in town and I also manage several others for out of town owners, so let me know how I can help find something that meets your needs! Most importantly, you will also have someone locally to count on (via phone or at your doorstep) to ensure your vacation runs smoothly for you and your family!

Why Bradley Luth chose Steamboat Ski Resort
There are many lodging options to choose from in Steamboat, but few locations provide the convenience to the slopes at such a great value as the units at Storm Meadows Christie Base. Steamboat Springs is a great little mountain town with friendly locals and plenty of small town charm that keeps people coming back year after year!

Excellent ski in/out location
We enjoyed our stay at Christie Base. The property was very clean and very well stocked. The location couldn’t be easier for skiing: literally walk across a small parking lot and put on your skis. Then it’s a few short minutes to ski to the gondola or lift. If you want to get to ski village for non-ski activities, it’s about a 10 minute walk (with kids).
The management was super responsive to any questions or concerns.
Note that the 353 property has a smaller water tank so we had to stagger showering (2 short showers and then wait about 30 minutes to refill). We made it work for our family but that might be a challenge for other groups.
Please deep clean this condo!
The second we entered the condo, the entire thing looked extrememy dusty! The deer hanging on the wall was covered in dust, along with the furniture. It doesn’t take a lot to update a condo, and this condo is in MUCH NEED of updating decor, and bedding. None of the humidifiers worked.. there were 4 or more... dishwasher didn’t dispense soap, and they should’ve supplied more towels for a large group. The toilet didn’t flush on the first day... we called for maintenance and they came quickly (a positive ).
Walk out ski in
Great, very convenient
Excellent condo! We'll definitely be back. Great location and did not disappoint.
Convenient Location and Great Layout
Our stay at the condo was great. The three bedrooms for 5 of us gave us plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pots allowing us to easily cook our meals. The upstairs was a little warm as our days we pretty warm in June. We would stay there again and would recommend.
This condo is located at the Base of the Steamboat Ski Resort - - -next to the Christie Lifts and walking distance to Ski Time Square (restauarants, bars, ski rental, etc)
There are many different buildings associated with Storm Meadows, this specific unit is located at Storm Meadows Christie Base. This location sits lower on the ski mountain near where the 'right of way' green run joins in with the bottom of the ski mountain near the old Christie Lift. The beauty of this location is your proximity to Torian Plum Plaza, Ski Time Square and the new heated public Promenade that connects all those locations together. Steamboat also has a new permanent outdoor stage that is part of the revamped Gondola Square Plaza that will play host to public performances as well as the Bud Light Rocks the Boat Free Concert Series.
When you exit the bottom of this building you can walk to Ski Time Square in 2-3 minutes, no need to get on a shuttle, people can be on different schedules, some people can be skiing while others are shopping or watching the game at the bar - - convenience for the whole family!! We also have units in the Storm Meadows Club buildings that sit slightly higher on the Ski mountain, have access to the outdoor heated pool and private shuttle. If you are interested in this options, please contact us.
