Can’t say enough great things about this place. Perfect spot for a family to have a very relaxed stay. Awesome community with plenty of conveniences nearby for groceries and anything else you need. The neighborhood was the perfect place for early morning walks!Check-in and out was a breeze and the host was super responsive. Hands down the best option for a quick stopover, or an extended stay. Would highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised and Ashley was wonderful to work with. A perfect house to stay for the weekend tournament my buddy and I were in, plus enough space for me to work while I was there. Wifi was good and the house is very close to everywhere you want to go. Thanks again!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The check in was easy and the home was very clean and well equipped. There are plenty of food options close by. I recommend this rental and will stay again if my travels bring me back.

We stayed for a week at this home to visit friends and family as we used to live in WNY. The location of the home is perfect! It is so central and nearby to whatever you want to do in the Buffalo area. The house has everything you would need for your stay. We would absolutely stay in this home again!

The pictures of the property posted on VRBO must have have been a couple years old because personally I found the house to be extremely run down and very disappointing. The WIFI information didn’t work and could not get on the internet to do work until we heard from the owners hours later.

Very family friendly. It's in a nice neighborhood and there is a nice playground across the street. House is as pictured. It has a nice big kitchen and a dining room where everyone can gather to eat. There was a table and chairs out on the backyard patio too. I booked it for visiting family to stay in so I was already familiar with the area. Lot's of restaurants near by and conveniently located near the thruway

House is in a pleasant neighborhood, with a nice park at the end of the block. The place was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the local restaurants the host recommended.

Nice place close to our family

Very responsive host. Cozy place with everything my family needed to stay comfortably and have extended family visit. Very comfortable beds, easy check out.

Not what was promised. Gross unclean kitchen. Cobwebs and Dusty everywhere . Black mold in the shower. Light bulbs missing where you needed them. Unusable garbage. Left as soon as we were able to get a hotel.

We’re sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations. We did find a few small areas that needed attention and have since addressed them. While we feel some of the concerns shared don’t accurately reflect the condition of the home, we appreciate the feedback and have used it to make improvements for future guests.

Our host, Ashley was awesome! She was responsive and showed true kindness when finding out we were traveling to my grandfather’s funeral. She also extended an offer to check in early, which was a tremendous help. The home was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her home!

Buffalo shopping weekend

Great location. Close to lots of outlet shopping and malls. Home was cozy and warm and clean and we loved having our own space to hang out and dine in.
