For your convince, a fully stocked kitchenette with service for four. Kitchen basics, K-cup coffee maker (with complementary coffee), retro refrigerator, and a microwave. Sadly, due to zoning code a stove is NOT included. But no worries! Many fantastic eateries deliver right to your door!

For our working guests, an ironing board, iron, and blow dryer are provided. As well as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and basic toiletries should you forget anything!

Bedroom features plenty of charging for all of your devices, Ample dresser and closet space, white noise machine, and alarm clock. Did I mention the California King memory foam mattress?!

The digital check-in guide which is provided prior to check-in details how to check-in, parking, lost key instructions, wifi connection, even how to connect to the smart TV. All to ensure guests have a perfectly comfortable stay!

*Washer and dryer available for guests staying 7 days or longer.

*Please note. Guests over 250 pounds will sink into the memory foam bed and likely be uncomfortable :)

*If you enjoy a FIRM mattress, please be understanding that the mattress provided is a Memory foam, you may be uncomfortable. I don’t want any of my guests disappointed!

You will have complete privacy, there are no shared spaces whatsoever.
Other things to note
-The $1000 deposit is not charged to you. It is simply In case of theft or damage. Same as a hotel. It is NOT an additional charge.

-Owner is on call medical professional and unfortunately this causes the parking to be head of driveway or street only. I wouldn’t want to have to wake up a guest to leave in the middle of the night! Special arrangements made for guests traveling with over sized vehicles. You can take the driveway, I’ll take the street :)

-A 50” flat screen TV and DVD player are in place. There is no cable, but you can certainly stream to the 50” flat screen via chromecast and WiFi. Detailed streaming instructions are provided at check in and host is more than willing to assist if it’s your first time streaming!
