This semi-detached holiday home offers a spacious open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and a separate shower room. Stone stairs lead to the upper floor. To the right is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Another step leads to a large, comfortable living room. To the right of the living room is a large shower room, and to the left is the third bedroom: a spacious room with a double bed and many windows offering views of the surrounding area.

The annex features a dining room with a vaulted ceiling and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

The pool (11 m x 5 m) and garden are just as impressive as the interior of the house. The pool offers a beautiful view of San Salvador Mountain. The garden is full of fig, cherry, olive, and almond trees. The house and garden offer complete privacy. There is also a ping-pong table. Please bring your own paddles.
