We have one bedroom + mud room, fully furnished bright basement suite with private entrance in the Black Mountain area available for daily rental, It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road. It is furnished with a queen size bed and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The kitchen and living room has heated tile floor.

Perfect for a month's stay

The stay was great, Bonnie and Eddie were very friendly and the place was perfect for me. Great location for access to Big White.

Comfortable family stay

We felt very comfortable staying here with our young son. The property owners were friendly and accommodating. We forgot to buy some cooking oil and they gave us some to use. The apartment was clean and compete. We would stay here again.

Great apartment - clean, well appointed, well stocked

Had a great 2 week stay at Bpnnie and Ed's. Very hospitable and friendly couple - went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Apartment kitchen is nicely set up and all the essentials. Newly renovated bedroom and bathroom - very spacious. Great location - easy access to downtown. Nice walking in the neighbourhood for local trails. Marilyn & Gerry London ON

Nice Spot to Visit Kelowna From

Clean and nicely finished. Very quiet too. About a 15 minute drive into Kelowna but that's why its so quiet. Everything we needed was there and more. Great hosts, very attentive.

Clean, modern suite

Very clean, up-to-date one bedroom basement suite with it's own outside entrance. Quiet area. Easily accessible. Washer and dryer. Full size fridge, stove and microwave; cupboards stocked with everything you need for cooking. Thank you Bonnie and Eddie.

Wonderful stay

The suite was bright, clean, comfortable, met our needs. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful weekend, but the weather was very hot and there was no A/C - that would have made a huge difference!

Very clean, quiet, and cool in the hot weather.

Bonnie's directions to the property were easy to follow and she warmly welcomed us when we arrived. We would recommend this place to our family and friends, and would gladly stay here again!

Lovely place to stay ...

Nice and clean! The whole basement was ours! + Extra bed for our son. Could easily accommodate 6 people ... 10 min. from downtown/ Gyro Beach; 3 min. from Olympia Greek Restaurant. Clear directions given: Penticton, Peachland, wineries, fresh fruit markets, etc. All in one word: PERFECT ... We will book again! 2 adults and 2 kids: daughter 10 and son 15.

Nice hosts and good location

It was our first time in Kelowna and first time using VRBO. Bonnie was amazing! She's very accommodating, considerate and helpful. The place has everything that you would need and it felt like we were the only ones in there. The bed is a bit squeaky but other than that, it was great! I would say their house is in a good location too, it's not that far of a drive from other locations and very easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this place! :)

As nice as advertised.

I was very impressed with this property. I have never used VRBO previously and was trepidatious about whether the property would be as nice as advertised. Bonnie and Eddie were delightful and very welcoming. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend this rental.

What I expected!

This was our first VRBO experience...and we were very happy! Bonnie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed, and then left us to get settled. The unit was exactly as photographed...and parking was right out front, and there lots of room for storing our suitcases, stroller & stuff. We were quickly able to hang our clothes & set out our toiletries. The washer & dryer were such a bonus to have on-site! They said we were welcome to use the yard, but we were out & about in Kelowna so never did. Our one complaint was the squeaky bed & flat pillows...but no bed is ever like home!

We are family of three - our son's name is Eddie jr and he is 17 years old. Originally, we are coming from Slovakia. Now, we are living in Kelowna for 15 years and we love this place since the first moment.
