Gorgeous, upscale one-bedroom suite in a quiet neighbourhood - dog friendly
Are you seeking a perfect spot in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood? Do you want to experience the elegance of a 5-star hotel with that cozy, home away from home feel? Or are you looking for that perfect space to work from 'home'? Look no further, this beautifully designed and furnished space is exactly what you are looking for.
We are tucked away in one of Kelowna’s most sought after neighbourhoods, close to all the amenities. This elegant and spacious accommodation is a modern, bright, one bedroom, lower level suite with a covered patio right out your door. The kitchen is stocked and ready for you, the bathroom has heated tile floors as well as a heated towel rack and there is in-suite laundry and on-site parking as well.
You can sit on the cool retro sofa and watch tv, sip some Okanagan wine out on the patio and then fall asleep in the comfy king size bed. The environment is warm and inviting, combining the elegance of city living and all the comforts of home.
The space is perfect for those who want to work from 'home'. It has two convenient work areas, one in the office which gives more privacy and another at the work station in the kitchen. There is excellent wifi for all those online meetings as well there are 3 Cat6 connections; one in the office, one in the kitchen workstation plus one behind the couch in the living room.
A gentle reminder that this is our home, we like our neighbours and they like us, so we want to be respectful. We honour the 11 pm - 7 am quiet time, there is also no smoking or vaping of any kind, please consider if this will be a good fit for you. Feel free to bring your fur-baby with you, we love dogs. The yard is not accessible for dogs as such they must be walked off property to do their business (this is non-negotiable). There are several parks nearby and a dog park a 5 minute drive away.
If you enjoy getting out in nature, there are several paths near our home that take you along Brandt's Creek Linear Park, where you might see several species of birds and other critters. There are also 2 grocery stores close by as well as a Starbucks and Tim Hortons. We are only a short drive to downtown Kelowna, where you can take in the sights, walk along the boardwalk and enjoy all our city has to offer. We are 55 minutes to Big White Ski Resort and 66 minutes to Silver Star Ski Resort.
