The Beach Bungalow. This bungalow features open plan living and is only 10 meters from the waters edge. The Beach Bungalow features a elevated sleeping area with a queen size bed facing directly towards the Pacific Ocean. The elevated kitchen area is complete with full cooking and dining utensils. The laundry is right behind the kitchen area. The bathroom area is behind the laundry area and also offers guest clothes cupboard and storage space. The back door porch area protects guest from the elements, or pull up a chair and enjoy mountainous Rarotonga. The lounge area is furnished with cane lounging, TV, CD player, books and a day bed. The lounge area flows out onto the spacious decking area. The decking area facing the Pacific Ocean is where most of our guest sit, relax, eat and enjoy the view. The decking area has a BBQ, table & chairs, and sun loungers. The beach bungalow is fully fenced to ensure complete privacy for guest.

We are a small family owned property. Mum Annie and Dad Terry are on the property most days, ensuring our guests are ok and enjoying themselves. When they are not on the property, guest can find mum in her gardens, tending to her thousands of plants....please pop in when you see her, she loves a chat, about anything, but especially about plants. I take care of all our online Sales and Marketing...I am a fly in fly out airline worker, answering your inquiries for our property in Rarotonga from around the world :-)

Why they chose this property

As we are a small family owned property, our guests are not numbers, guests are friends of the family. Guest are checked on by my parents, or by our helpers on site, but at the same time we will never be intrusive, privacy is a huge pulling card for us. We are always up for a conversation.

I would like to think, we give off the small family, friendly, full of information type of vibe to our guests. We tend to our guests needs as soon as possible.
