About this property

Great Apartment in a great location

This sunny conveniently located great self service apartment is only a few minutes walk from Westfield Riccarton. We are handy to all major routes, being close to city center, parks, Canterbury University, Christchurch Public Hospital etc. Christchurch garden city is a great stop over and it is very handy to stay and do day trips to Akaroa, Hamner Springs or a base for ski trip to many ski fields in winter. We do have a brand new Kea Motorhome available for rent if you want to do longer trips in the south island, my contact details are NZ zero two one twenty five four two four fifty two. We have free parking onsite.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very poor cleaning and maintenace. Contacted host but had to call bookabach to get the place cleaned. Dust, dirty marks, dishwasher stopped working, and toilet leaked.
