The most peaceful and perfect location for a vacation! This 3 story townhome has a 2 car garage and an elevator. With river views to die for, you can BBQ on the balcony, plus the kitchen is a chefs' dream.
Walk to the Hot Springs or Healing Waters in all of 1 minute! Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping to just 1/2 a mile away. Driving to the store/"uptown" is 10 minutes away. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 20 miles.

Nice place to stay for skiing at Wolf Creek Pass. House was in good condition. Garage is small if you have a full sixe SUV or Truck.

Thanksgiving trip

Our family loved the property! It was a perfect location for our family to relax after long days of skiing! We spent lots of time around the table playing cards and games that were provided. We really enjoyed this place. Lots of good memories made!

AMAZINGGGGGGG!

We visited Pagosa Springs and could not be happier with this beautiful condo! Location is within walking distance to hot springs, shopping, and amazing food. The creek is right outside the back porch and the soothing sounds of the water was heaven! Definitely would recommend for a friend!

Very Nice Place!

Conveniently located in the heart of Pagosa Springs. Within walking distance of the hot springs, restaurants and schools for sporting events. I would highly recommend! Plenty of room to spread out. We had 10 people staying with us and never felt cramped. I would stay here again.
