Luxury Riversedge Townhome

Chefs kitchen w/stainless commercial grade appliances, soapstone & granite counters, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, see through fire place, between dining & living room, flat screen tv, DVD player, games, books etc... Wood flooring, large covered balcony with BBQ grill & patio furnishings over looking River, master en suite features king bed, walk-in closet, tv & jetted tub & large walk in shower,& private balcony overlooking the river, queen en-suite w/ closet, ground level features king bedroom w/ tv and private covered patio out to the river, bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds, closet, tv. Washer dryer is on upper level near master en-suite., home is fully equipped with all pots/pan, dinnerware, serving dishes, utinsels, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, kureig coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, etc... This town home has a private elevator if you do not wish to use the stairs, 2 car garage ,side yard for the kiddos to play in, and 3 bicycles for guests use. I have other properties available down town along the river if you have several families or a large group we can accommodate them.

Our family loved the property! It was a perfect location for our family to relax after long days of skiing! We spent lots of time around the table playing cards and games that were provided. We really enjoyed this place. Lots of good memories made!

AMAZINGGGGGGG!

We visited Pagosa Springs and could not be happier with this beautiful condo! Location is within walking distance to hot springs, shopping, and amazing food. The creek is right outside the back porch and the soothing sounds of the water was heaven! Definitely would recommend for a friend!
