Mt Martha is a tranquil beachside village on the Mornington Peninsula. It is in close proximity to many wineries, Galleries, restaurants, beaches, a children’s playground is also 400m up the street.

Just a few minutes walk to the end of the street and either down steps (right - currently under rapair) or a steep bitumen path (left) takes you to a very tranquil BIRDROCK Beach, perfect for fishing, snorkelling, swimming and other water activities.

A lovely walk to the beautiful Mt Martha shops approximately 30mins (2.7km) or into Mornington 50mins (4.3kms). A path runs along the esplanade through the trees most of the way.

The property has several sets of stairs and is not particularly suited to the disabled.

No schoolies, bucks, hens or parties. No smoking inside

Pets can be accommodated on request.
