This unit is an architecturally-designed, contemporary-style limestone villa angled for maximum privacy. Stylishly fitted throughout, this villa will allow you to look to capture the very best of Port Fairy at any time of year. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, one being a luxurious master king bedroom with TV, robe and ocean views, the other a quirky and clever bunk style room with the ability to sleep up to three guests (2 x singles can be joined to make up a king - upon request, prior to arrival, only), making this a great luxury family retreat. Other features to this fabulously lux villa include generous outdoor entertaining area, front and back deck, large open plan kitchen / living / dining area and lavish gas log fire.

Weekend Stay

We booked the place 24 hours before we arrived at Port Fairy. The online prices was vey easy and quick and the instructions for accessing the property very straight forward. The villa was perfect for the three of us and had plenty of room to sit inside, relax and watch the ocean roll in. The design of the villas is excellent providing a high level of privacy. Overall the villas are great for a family or a couple wanting a generous residence with direct access to the seashore.

getaway holiday by the sea

Our stay at Hearns Beachside Villa No.4 was everything I hoped for, so close to the beach just a little walk down to the sand and rock pools where I saw tiny chicks with older birds sometimes quiet waves then very wild surf in stormy weather at the very private beach , as it was early September we made use of the gas log fire and enjoyed the outdoor spaces to drink our coffee and watch the sea, the villa is only 5 minutes to Port Fairy where I found a very interesting array of shops and many food eateries. I highly recommend this very comfortable but smart villa and hope to go back in the future. Ps. our old labrador had a great time too .

Dream location, teenage kids refused to leave...love the immediate beach access from your living room. Great facilities and furnishings...lovely fireplace.

Hi, Loved the view and position however the villa requires some maintenance. Eg sliding door very hard to open and close, range hood in kitchen not working, lots of spiderwebs throughout villa, roller blind filthy appeared to have killed insects splattered on them and towels provided were very worn out and thin.

Such a wonderful villa

Had a wonderful experience staying in Villa 4, everything was top notch and impressive. Loved the double sided fire place, huge Jaquzzi & the view was to die for! A must do is the High Tea next door. Easy no fuss retrieving the keys from the agent. I would love to know the name of the complimentary percolated coffee? It was delicious. Great villa for the kids as well, they loved it!
