Loved the cabin!

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and the cabin was perfect! We were given great instructions for check-in so that went really smooth. The cabin was nice, very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for that special time away!

Nice Cabin, Host accommodating

The overall cabin was beautiful and serene. We had 2 issues that were addressed and the host was very accommodating. I am only rating it a 4 because the bed was horrible I didn't get any sleep because the bed was so hard and you could feel springs. However, when I let the host know they did try and got a mattress topper to accommodate overall a new comfortable bed would make this place perfect.

Nice cabin but owner needs to allow you to have the heat set how you need/want it.

Gorgeous home, well laid out, clean. Our issue is you could not control the temperature in the home above 69/70. It was below freezing outside and even though we would set the temp to 72 or 73 it would kick back down to 69/70. It's like it's programmed not to go above 70. So we spent the evenings chilled out. Not appropriate as my wife has a condition that the cold affects her blood circulation so se usually keep it in the low/mid 70's. There were some kind of animals in the ceiling that kept us up all night. During the day they would run around and you'd hear them. That was unnerving and bothersome. We took that with a grain of salt because we recognize your in "the mountains" and they may have nested right before we got there but it made for long nights. Won't stay at this particular cabin again. On the bright side the hose was communicative, the property was clean and well stocked. It's close to Pigeon Forge so that was nice.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is amazing, the views, everything was great! Close to things yet, far enough up in mts. To feel like your out in the the middle of nowhere. Host was superb, when we reached out for something, they were so attentive. Would recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

This cabin is in the perfect location and it felt very private. Even though there is one cabin on each side of this cabin, it still felt private from the back deck because of all the trees. The only issue I had was when we arrived the air conditioner was set on 70 and it was 73 in the cabin when we arrived. It was too stuffy for us, as we are hot natured and usually keep our home on 65. I contacted Neil about this several times via text and he said there is a limit on the AC. He was finally able to lower the limit to 67 after I asked a few times and he said that was as low as it would go. We had all the fans running in the cabin and even went and bought a box fan as well to use. This was the only part of the stay that was uncomfortable for us. Everything else was perfect.

Great stay

The cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed, felt private while still being in an area with many other cabins and was in a great location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the back deck and enjoyed everything the cabin offered.

Lakeside Rendezvous

This is an absolutely beautiful cabin! It is over the top as far as cleanliness! It's a great place to stay and it’s very close to all the attractions and restaurants! Neil the owner was easy to work with and all instructions for check in and check-out we're very easy! Neil texted us a welcome text and a safe travel home text. We definitely will stay here again!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing cabin, super clean and nicely decorated. Super easy to check into, very good communication with the owners. Located close enough to run into town and not too high up a mountain/hill. This cabin specifically is located at the end of a road so it is extremely quiet. Perfect for a small family. Quiet, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. I loved being able to cook a meal in the kitchen or reach into the fridge for a snack instead of having to go somewhere to eat every day. There is a washer and dryer which we used and wow that sure makes vacation easier. Again very clean. The ONLY fault I could find would be the fold out sofa on the main floor - the mattress has seen better days BUT we just folded it back up an our 11 year old just slept on the sofa instead of the sleeper. She was comfortable. I wish I had booked this cabin for our entire vacation not for only 2 days. Don't stay in a hotel when you can stay here! We would come back to this cabin again and again!

Ultra clean, amazing cabin!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this cabin, and did not want to leave. The place was SPOTLESS, and everything could not have been more perfect. Neil one of the owners was so courteous and polite and made us feel at home from the start. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will most likely rent this again. Easy access to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, with tons of things to do. Trevor and Renee

Problems

FIRST, John doesn’t follow up, we contacted him numerous times, 1 time, either he came or someone came, washing machine DOES NOT WORK, He said there’s a new piece for the washer, never came to fix it, just showed my husband how to RIG IT with a knife, SECOND, fire place wouldn’t work, they came & turned it on, NEVER went off after that, hot tub hasn’t been drained in awhile, I have pictures and I have a picture of the plaque next to the hot tub stating that it’s drained everytime, the house is beautiful and in a perfect area, but we planned on that washer when we packed, and we needed more towels, NEVER got them. Need a property manager that’s going to respond

Great Cabin

The cabin was in good condition, very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is close to Pigeon Forge attractions but in a fairly private lot in the neighborhood. We had a nice few days over the 4th July weekend. I would definitely stay again.

Relaxing anniversary weekend!😀

This cabin is nice and very clean. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect size for the 2 of us. Excellent hot tub on deck and jacuzzi tub in bedroom was wonderful. It is only a mile or so from the entertainment and dining in Pigeon Forge but it’s in a community with many cabins close together. This cabin has a view of a small lake from the back deck but really doesn’t have a mountain view. Some disappointing things for us were: no mountain view, uncomfortable bed, no DVD player or smart tv, very BASIC cable, no coffee maker (only Keurig), and unable to get password for complimentary WiFi after asking owner multiple times.

Cabin is beautiful and super clean! FYI - for future renters, no hair dryer in the cabin and you have neighbors right next door so bring your swim suit for the hot tub😬😬😬. WIFI was tricky to connect too but was not a big deal for us as we were gone most of our stay. Whirlpool tub was fabulous!
