This property was everything we hoped for and more! Amy was extremely helpful & attentive. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets, views of the bay way and endless dolphin sitings. There are great walking paths & a very nice pool & hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Could not have been better!

Everything about our month long stay at this beautiful little condo was perfect. It is great for two people and the views from the living room and balcony are the best ever in our 10 years of renting various places on Boca Ciega Bay in Saint Pete Beach. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and provides everything you need… Washer dryer in the unit is so handy, all the appliances worked great, bed very comfortable, linens and towels like brand new. Amy was very good at responding quickly to our questions and taking care of providing anything we needed. Would not hesitate to return.

St Petersburg vaca

The hostess was great she was very good at getting back right away ,very pleasant to talk to The condo was very nice but not really a 2 bedroom. They took the master bedroom made a small room. With a futon in it. The master bedroom didn’t have windows to the outdoors. So that was a little disappointing. The view was beautiful saw dolphins everyday.

Great location

This condo was in the perfect location for the places we like to go to. Given the location, this was a reasonable priced condo. It is a bit small but we did not spend much time there so it worked gd for us. Great views. Amy was very helpful. We would stay there again.

Condo on the water

Right on the water. Very clean. Rated at 2 bedrooms but really 1 bedroom and den . Newer kitchen and both bathrooms. I think it would be difficult to have more than 2 people there.

Review of condo

The water views from the living room and balcony at this condo are gorgeous. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen, thou small, has new appliances. The kitchen could use some additional dish cloths and towels (there was only one of each) and a spatula and perhaps a pair of scissors and definitely pot holders as there were none. This condo was at one time a one bedroom that was converted into a two bedroom. This made the master bedroom rather cramped with no outside window. The two windows in the pictures actually look into the second bedroom. The second bedroom is very,very small with no closet, just a small wardrobe and has no air vents (AC or heat). It does look out over the water. It might be suited for a child or teenager but it would be very uncomfortable for 2 adults. There was no light in the dining area, just one lamp for both the living room and dining room. It’s very dim. We actually had to move the lamp in the second bedroom into the living area to get adequate lighting. Amy, the owner, was very helpful at getting us help with a dishwasher that didn’t work, a broken lock and also with a clogged sink.

We loved very close proximity to Fort De Soto beach/park, with picnic area and two piers, each allowing fishing.
Fort De Soto is voted Best family beach in the entire United States, offering quality water and created by nature, "kiddie pool". Walk or drive over new scenic bridge to Pass-a-Grill Beach(that has a wide stretch of white sand along the Gulf Coast)
Close proximity to picturesque St. Pitersburgh downtown
