Lovely quaint 3-bedroom cottage home in a Santa Clara rural neighborhood. This inviting country cottage home includes cable and Smart TV w/Netflix. Close to local shopping, like Fred Meyer, Albertson's, lots of fast food restaurants, and much more. It's about a 15 minute drive to the downtown U of O area. It's a comfortable home where you'll feel right at home. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Start a load of towels.
For pet owners, please walk the yard to make sure all dog poo has been picked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Plumbing is sensitive, no flushing feminine hygiene products or sanitary wipes down toilet.
Upon check out strip sheets from beds used, empty all garbage cans, start a load of towels, and load and start the dishwasher.
Pets: Pick up dog waste from yard & clean up dog hair in house. Use towels provided to wipe wet paws. Sheets provided for furniture and beds.

This place is a gem! Pictures do not do it justice. It was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The place was packed with extras we normally do not see in bnbs and was decorated beautifully for country living. We loved the quiet country road the house was on - perfect for early morning walks.
