This beautiful new construction home is cozy and comfortable. Plenty of off street parking, and space to spread out, with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor spaces. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you will have no shortage of sleeping arrangements. The home has a suite on the lower level with private entrance and kitchen. Combined by a stairway, the home provides multiple options for 2 families traveling together, or a large group. All together the home is almost 3000 sf. Walk to downtown, coffee shops, the skate park, etc. This home is right in the middle of it all. Easy access to everything.There is a great outdoor patio and deck spaces for entertaining or just hanging out. Large table for outdoor meals. BBQ grill, sun shade, and views. This house worked very well for our family. It was a great location for our adult children and two grandsons to enjoy the Hood River area. Close to downtown, shortish drive to the fruit loop, waterfront park, Mount Hood and the waterfalls. We look forward to our next stay here.

This house was great for our family get together. The kids had a blast playing in the lofted area downstairs and there were lots of kid friendly activities that kept them busy. Tons of space and everyone was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
