Escape to Miller Beach! Just one hour from Chicago, Miller Beach is a charming, friendly community.

The Lake Shore Beach House is steps away from stunning Miller Beach. You can view the lake and sunsets from the windows on the sitting room, great room and master bedroom. The views of Lake Michigan are stunning at any time of the year.

Newly remodeled in 2018, natural light flows throughout this home. It is perfect for a large family retreat in every season. The modern open floor plan is complemented with elegant features and new appliances and eclectic original art.

The Lake Shore Beach House the first floor has a great room which extends from the living room, dining area to the kitchen. Large windows are on both sides of this spacious plan. The kitchen has all new appliances, and lots of room for cooking and entertaining.

Beautiful gardens an high end BQ for our door grilling.

The Lake Shore Beach House has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and two bedrooms are on the lower level. Four of the beds are king size therapeutic luxury mattresses, one is queen. There is a master bathroom, and a large bathroom on both the first floor and the lower level. Total of three newly rehabbed bathrooms.

Walks on the beach are exceptional as you will find it to be one of the cleanest open beaches of Lake Michigan. The neighbors take pride in taking pristine care of this beach, which is part of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Park - our nations newest national park! Miller Beach is an exceptional neighborhood beach, festive, well cared for and uncrowded - a perfect getaway at any time of the year. Home sleep x10. Ten max at all times unless approved in advance. Rental nightly price is for x8 to keep price down for smaller groups. If over x8 to 10 persons, there is a nightly extra guest fee of $30 per nigh per guest #9 and #10. Thanks for understanding.

Well- stocked, welcoming home with unique art pieces throughout. Lower level was a great hangout spot for the kids. Walking distance to beach. There is not a management company, so all communication is with the owner. We would stay here again!

This is a beautiful home with so much character. The inside was clean and open with personal touches in every corner. Beautiful bathrooms and plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 young children)….but the outdoor areas were absolutely the best part of the house. Well kept landscaping and relaxing spots to sit and take in the fresh air and “zen” type surroundings. With the private beach only a short walk down the path I can’t imagine a better place to stay. Thank you for sharing a piece of your world with us!

Great time at the Lake Shore house. My family flew into Chicago and was going for the Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame game. This is a great location because it is right in the middle between Chicago and South Bend and only about 1 hour drive to each. The house has tons of beds and nice accommodations and amenities and the gorgeous Indiana Dunes West Beach is right across the street just like the picture shows. We took long walks and enjoyed the beach and dunes on one day and went to Notre Dame for the other day. Great trip. Recommend staying at this nice property.

Elena’s house worked perfectly for our group of 10. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach as the access to Miller Beach is across the street. The beach is exceptional…wide sandy beach, gradual water entry, clear water, not rocky. Perfection! Elena was easy to communicate with and was available if we had any questions. The house had several different areas for gathering and conversation and a nice outdoor space if the weather suited. We would definitely rent Elena’s house again.

Great Family Getaway

We had such a wonderful getaway with family in Miller Beach at Elena’s lovely property. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped for meal prep. We really enjoyed the patio, grill, and outdoor table and chairs. The beds were so comfortable with great linens. The beach is close and an easy walk away. Elena provided so many beach toys and blow-ups as well as a wagon for toting to the beach. This experience was superior to most other rentals we have tried. We can definitely recommend it to others and hope to be back soon!

Very Pretty Area

This is a very nice area with lots to do. Elena was very informative about the area and restaurants. The house was very clean and neat. Well stocked with all necessary accessories. Lake Michigan beach is less than a block away. Visited Marquette Park, St. John - The Shrine of Christ's Passion, Valparaiso University Chapel, Michigan City Lighthouse as well as surrounding wineries. The sunset at West Beach was outstanding.

Home away from Home during the Holiday

Another terrific stay in a perfect location to visit family in the south Chicago suburbs and in NW Indiana. Great communication with the host throughout our time in Miller Beach. The house had everything we needed, plus more!
