Maravillosa vista, casa cómoda, ubicación perfecta.

Estilo antiguo, alegre, espacioso, bien equipado, perfecto para unas relajadas vacaciones familiares en la playa.

Carolynne Street tiene una excelente ubicación en una zona tranquila y elevada con maravillosas vistas, pero a solo 3 minutos a pie de la ciudad y a muy poca distancia en automóvil de todas las hermosas playas de Merimbula.

La casa tiene 3 dormitorios arriba (3 reinas), un baño separado, un baño grande con bañera y ducha, una gran cocina actualizada con refrigerador nuevo, microondas, lavavajillas, sandwichera y cafetera Nespresso, un comedor con una mesa para hasta 8 personas, un gran salón con Smart TV, DVD y 3 sofás y una terraza orientada al norte con una barbacoa de gas Weber con capucha y un escenario al aire libre para 6.

En la planta baja hay una habitación grande con 3 camas (1 doble, 1 King individual y 1 individual), un escritorio y otro televisor. También hay un área de lavandería con un segundo inodoro y lavabo, una segunda ducha, una lavadora nueva, una secadora y un congelador. La puerta trasera de la planta baja conduce a un área cercada y cubierta de hierba con un jardín nativo y un pequeño jardín de hierbas a un lado.

La casa tiene capacidad para 9 personas, por lo que puede alojar cómodamente a 2 familias y está totalmente equipada para atender a esta cantidad de personas. La casa ahora está conectada al NBN y hay Wi-Fi ilimitado gratis. Intentamos dejar los armarios llenos de 'lo básico' para cocinar, limpiar y lavar. También hay un montón de libros, DVD y juegos.

La casa ofrece alojamiento en cochera individual y hay espacio en la calle frente a la casa para dejar un bote.

Amazing view and location. Just an amazing house overall. And Helen is amazing and so lovely.

This house is amazing overall. Love the view and location. Minutes walk to the shops but yet it is so calm and quiet at the same time. Helen looked after us wonderfully. So easy to communicate and super friendly.

Great location and well equipped

Very well equipped and great location. Ideal for the whole family, especially the toddler. Stair gate would be good. Wouldn’t want the weather to be much hotter without air con but was fine for us. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and convenient holiday house

We enjoyed the three nights stay. The house is just two hundred metres from the lake and shops/restaurant, really convenient for families that love fishing and eating out. If there was anything that took half of star of the comfort aspect it would be the sound in the roof at night. Overall we had a great time and hope to go back again.

Great property, perfect position.

This was a family visit, including a son and his family from Canada and our other son and his family from Melbourne. It was a special time as like many families we had been separated by Covid for over 2 years. This property was perfect for us, just as described, well presented, plenty of room for the 10 of us and close to everything. Thank you.

Some lights did not work. Agent committed to fixing on Saturday but when I left on Monday they were still out. No instructions nor location in the on site book to switch on the gas.

The Agent did contact the Electrician but he did not come back to us. The Instructions have since been updated and left in the House. The Owners would like to apologise sincerely and hope that you return to their cosy and well appointed home

Great location but needs some care & attention

The location of the property was excellent and the kitchen was very well equipped. However the windows were extremely dirty and the window frames very dusty, especially affecting one of our friends who suffers from asthma. Some of the doors didn't close properly and became jammed. Overall the property was clean but due to age needed some tender loving care.

Morning Thank you for your review - I have contacted the Owners and they wish to apologise for the less than satisfactory cleanliness of the windows and frames and the general dustiness which would be a problem for a asthmatic. They will address both these issues immediatley with a major spring clean and attend to the door also. Great Location

For two couples in their late 70's this suited us perfectly. You do need to have some mobility if you use downstairs, but the house had everything you would need. WIFI perfect, The latest smart TV with Netflix and other add-ons. The place was clean and tidy and had every cooking implement you would need. The deck was great, and the BBQ in as new condition. The slightly out of town location was quiet. It is quite hilly if you wanted to walk to the town centre. We gave it 10/10.

Window & door locks not working.

The house is well equipped, but we’ll look for a better one next time as the bedroom downstairs not convenient to sleep at and the house is not toddler proof because of the stairs & doors not working.

The Owners are very sorry your family did not find the House satisfactory and will certainley address the issue of locks etc when they are here next. Thje house is nit advertised as "toddler proof" because of the stairs as per the photo but there is a stair barrier. They are usure why the bedroom downstairs is not convenient to sleep (2 singles, 1 double and a cot) as this room is always used by their family, friends and other holiday tenants.
