Located at the end of a quiet driveway of a cul-de-sac at the heart of Paraparaumu. 3 minutes away from SH1, train station and Coastlands mall, 5 minutes away from beaches and airport. Fully fenced, very private and quiet section, playground/reserve right opposite. 4 bedroom can sleep up to 10 people, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom has a cot for baby too, washing machine and dryer.
Plenty of parking for 4-5 cars, even for medium-size bus, truck or boat.
BBQ available on request, extra cleaning fee applies for BBQ.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice house with great facilities. Does have separate sleepout on the same property which gets rented out from time to time, so you may have to share the parking.

Paraparaumu Oasis

We came from the South Island for two 80th birthdays and a wedding - yes, all in one weekend! We had elderly parents and this house was perfect for them and us. The outdoor areas were lovely. Everything we needed was provided plus an extra lovely gift basket. Totally recommend!!
