Hiking vacation, detached, fully fenced vacation home in the countryside

Our house is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. It is only a 10-minute walk from the valley to the town center, where there are restaurants and a supermarket with a bakery and butcher
The hiking trails start right at the house. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. A staircase integrated in the living room leads to the 2 closed bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 bedroom is furnished with a double bed and space for a cot. In the 2nd Bedroom has a small double bed and an additional single bed (additional camping bed available). In the living room there is a fireplace, a sitting area and a large dining table. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a dining table for at least 4 people. The bathroom has a shower. An approximately 10 m² tiled and covered terrace next to the house and a wooden seating area on the lawn as well as normal garden furniture that can be placed anywhere on the spacious grounds invite you to relax. The more than 600 m² natural plot with can be used for sports, leisure and barbecuing.
Activities:
In the snow-free seasons, hikes in all directions are ideal. You will find brochures and hiking destinations in the house. For children there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, the summer toboggan run, the toy museum and the "airplane coffee" at the dam. The show mines are not only special for adults.
In winter time starts on the 1st Advent in the neighboring Christmas village of Seiffen is the most impressive Christmas market there is. This part of the Ore Mountains is one of the most snow reliable ever. Numerous cross-country slopes that extend into the neighboring Czech region are ideal for day trips. In the neighboring winter sports area Kliny, which is one of the best equipped ski areas in the Czech Republic, a 4-seater chairlift and slopes of all difficulties await alpine skiers.
