Safe, desirable High Point Terrace location; very centrally located - be downtown or in East Memphis in 10 minutes. Fully furnished three bedroom, two bath house. House has spacious living room with French doors leading to the dining room, large kitchen with butcher block counters. Separate laundry area and office with twin daybed. Lots of closets, large bedrooms and good natural light. Inviting covered front porch and fully fenced back yard with patio.
