We had a great stay despite having to cut our trip short due to an impending ice storm. The house was very comfortable and fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the heated garage and the wood-burning fireplace!

This is a big, beautiful, spacious home. It is very well stocked, especially the kitchen. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We especially loved seeing all the deer! Would definitely stay here again.

Great family spot at Beech

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children. The location was convenient to Beech mountain skiing and the house was perfectly set up for families with extra air mattresses and plenty of games and toys! We had a wonderful visit!

This home was very spacious for nine -adults three kids upstairs downstairs, living entertainment centers, all the utensils in the kitchen are labeled ready to go. This is your home away from home. Very close to skiing lodge.

Great experience at this cabin! Has all the amenities of home and super convenient to ski resort! Everything was clean with only a few things here and there needing updating/replacing. Nice having a washer and dryer as snow pants get very dirty. Would have liked an earlier check in before 5pm because you really can’t use it that day. Would for sure stay again!

Please feel free to connect directly with us on any suggestions that you have for upgrades or improvements. We also try to be as flexible as possible on our check in and check out times. It is standard for check in times in our area to range between 3-5pm, but during the holiday season, there are often guests checking out on the same day that guests are checking in. In order to ensure that each arriving guest walks into a home that is well cleaned and well equipped, we need several hours in between guests. We hope to see you back soon!

The property fit all expectations. Beautiful sunset views and plenty of room(2 living areas) was a plus. Fireplace was put to use as the temps dipped into the single digits. The only issue was that the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and the hot water tank was not big enough for 5 people to shower in the 3 bathrooms.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second stay at the property. Everything is as described. The host was friendly and helpful with making sure we had everything needed. The sunset view from the main deck was so nice to see again. In the morning and evening we saw 3 to 4 deer walking through the yard every day. Its quiet and peaceful here. The beds were very confortable. We enjoyed the KEURIG and the nice selection of pods given for guests. The cabin was very clean. Highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed. We hope to return again some day.

Comfy beds, great views, plenty of room

Master bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO home. Home was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Higher end furnishings, but still great for kids. Location for Beech or Sugar Mountain skiing is great. Early season snow melt on the mountains led us to App Mountain, which had the best conditions. They make more snow than the other mountains. We also rented mountain bikes in Boone and hit some seriously intense trails at Rocky Knob. Great long weekend vacation. Only negative was there were too few towels... but drying off with a hand towel worked just fine for me! Not enough to damper the mood at all!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Property was cozy, spacious and perfect for our needs! AMAZING views of the sunset every evening! Heated garage was wonderful and most appreciated when loading/unloading or returning from the slopes at the end of the day with wet gear. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/bakeware and almost any utensil you could think of needing - in addition to a wide variety of coffee/tea K-Cups for the provided Keurig - as well as a standard coffee pot (in case Keurig isn't your thing). We enjoyed both fireplaces within the home, especially the woodburning FP upstairs - which made it exceptionally cozy in the evening! Beds in all bedrooms were very comfortable and the on-suite bathrooms on the upper level bedrooms, as well as the shared bathroom on the lower level were clean and well-stocked with various toiletries. Our teenagers enjoyed the game room and X-Box and having their own space on the lower level of the home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! :0)
