Our family and child-friendly apartment 1 has a size of approx. 45 square meters. The apartments are completely tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be easily reached at ground level through a separate entrance. The apartment is divided into a combined living room and bedroom which is equipped with a 119cm LCD SMART TV, DVD player and HIFI stereo. You can sleep on a double bed or a leather corner couch with a sleeping function. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed 90 × 200. The shower room consists of a hanging toilet, a washing area and a shower tray with a real glass frame. The kitchen consists of a new seating group with high quality oak table and high banana rattan armchairs and a new fitted kitchen from 03. 2015. The other equipment, coffee machine with vacuum jug, kettle and toaster and everything you need for cooking and eating. Outside there is a free parking space for each apartment directly on the property. The spacious terrace shown below belongs to your apartment. A very high quality real wood seating group invites you to sit and linger. You can also relax on the sun loungers provided. A large traffic light parasol serves as sun protection. The spacious fireplace grill provides for the physical well-being. You can rent bicycles cheaply from a local rental company. Or they bring their own bikes and can connect them in the existing stands. An additional baby or children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Your pet is also very welcome with us by prior arrangement.
